Got a washer and dryer from Mr. Fix It and they are quality units for a good price. Delivery and installation were quick and easy. They even hauled away an old working refrigerator for me free of charge.
Highly recommended.
Mr. Fix It went above and beyond to ensure my washer lasts a long time! He also made sure to keep me posted throughout the process. I will definitely come back again if I need anything and also would recommend to anyone!

Had an excellent experience! Tom and the staff were extremely helpful and personable. We bought a used washer/ dryer set for a reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for appliances!

Perfect from start to finish. Walked in the door and was greeted by Tom and made an appointment to have my washing machine fixed and less than a week later I was back to doing laundry. (Joy...) The men that came out were nice and explained everything and took great care of me. I would use their services again and again. Thank You!

I have used Mr. Fix It several times and they always do a fabulous job! They have saved the washing machine that I dearly love on multiple occasions and after 24 years it’s still runs like a top thanks to them!
Most recently, they came out on a service call with quick response time and diagnosed the problem. In the meantime, they cleaned thoroughly under my washing machine, and my floor is spotless. They also cleaned out the tub rim and got rid of dust and lint and other gradu (technical term?). Everything was spotless when they left and in fact, cleaner than when they came. Oh… And they’re very reasonably priced for their service calls!!

Every one here is so kind and friendly and knowledgeable. Came in looking for a washer and dryer for our new house, they have a large selection of used appliances at half the cost of new. They even deliver and install the very next day, the delivery guys were fast and fantastic to work with.

After 2 1/2 weeks of total frustration with big box store that we bought a new refrigerator from, we still had new fridge waiting for installation in the garage.. I texted Mr. Fix It and within 2 hours Kevin and Johnny arrived at our house and the refrigerator was installed in no time at all. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, they were wonderful people. Couldn’t recommend Mr. Fix It more!

What a great place! The owner Tom is really knowledgeable about appliances, and there’s a lot of inventory to choose from. Our fridge was dying right before Christmas. Based on our discussion, Tom recommended one that saved us at least $400, and handled delivery. He really made the whole thing hassle free, and it works great. Today we stopped by to get a washer. Same deal, inexpensive and hassle free. We are grateful he is here!

My built in microwave stopped working.
I called cafe - and the rep said to have someone come out to diagnose, it would be $180 (not including any parts needed or any labor to actually fix).
She suggested that for the cost, I just buy a replacement. However, the exact one was out of stock. I found Mr fix it online and decided to give it a try.
My husband was able to YouTube how to remove the trim kit/microwave so I would be able to bring it in.
Right when I got to the store, Tom came out and helped me bring it inside.
It cost an initial $45 to diagnose the appliance (but he assured me that this cost could be applied to my labor when fixing).
It ended up being an expensive part to repair.
I went back and forth with the idea of repairing vs. replacing, but since I couldn’t get the exact model, and it was a built in unit - I decided to go ahead with the repair. The part thankfully took less than a week to arrive and Tom was able to have it fixed in one day!!!
He was so great to work with (esp with all my indecisive decisions about fixing).
