Inquired for a consultation and quote online - met a gentleman over the phone who deterred us from working with this company after 1) refusing to use the proper nomenclature of a “primary” bathroom 2) rudely assert our timeline was silly 3) point out rather curtly we didn’t seem prepared. If you’re seeking customer service, a company aware of social tones, and a partner to guide you through a remodel - best to check elsewhere. To the company - meeting customers with curiosity rather than condemnation makes them more likely to do business with you. :)

I am very particular and I have to say that I was super pleased with John and his crew! I commissioned John to update my dated 35 yo bath replacing the tub/shower with a tiled walk in shower, new vanity top, light, exhaust fan, new shower & sink faucets. I was about to give up on finding a light when John located a fixture that was comparable to the shower's curved black grab bars. Perfect!! John is the best and a true professional from start to finish and he will be my go-to guy for any future rehab!!
