Good company to work for as a sub. We got to work with Jakob and he's a good superintendent.

Streamline has a rigid process and deadlines for draw requests BUT they have great people in AP that will walk you through it. In fact, from a risk management perspective, I have adopted some of the same policies and procedures. As for payment: we have been paid for change orders quickly and on draw requests you get paid according to their set system which is different than some but once you understand it you know when your check is coming. I have worked with Vikki in AP who is amazing and wealth of knowledge, Tanner has been a great on-site supervisor who actually cares about the people and the job (Streamline is even paying to have old sidewalks and ramps to be replace by the school the are building close to; on their dime) Brock has gone above and beyond for our small business and when he wasn't able to immediately solve an issue I was given the number for the president of the company and Brian handled it within 24 hours. I've seen the bad reviews too so to any prospective subs: read your contract, ask questions and do your paperwork. This company cares about the safety of their subs and the communities they work in.

I have worked on multiple projects with Streamline General Contractors as a material vendor. Their professionalism and care for the quality of their work is top notch! They are great to work with and put every effort into creating a safe, clean working environment for everyone on their jobsites.

Very poor communication, extremely greedy for very poor quality work. Management cares to get themselves paid before even paying their subs. Several sub contractors have been without pay for their work. Involved in several lawsuits for a lot of issues, (Failure to pay contractors, breach of contract, etc.)

Extremely unprofessional company, doesn’t pay on time if at all. Apparently not the first subs to have issues on money, and always rushing jobs in very little time with stacking all contractors on top of each other. Definitely recommending to do your research before getting involved with them. Worse company by far! Their head project manger or whatever he is Brock is so unprofessional and very rude, supers are brainless fools, and just very unprofessional, overpaid, under qualified company.
