I have had a spa for four years and just recently had a pool installed with a 3rd party installing company. I have been using Banks retail for the four years and now for help managing my new pool. The staff at the retail store are absolutely awesome! They are not pushy, they don’t try to oversell, they simply solve the problem! I recently had a prowler robot vacuum problem. Instead of making me leave it for their repair tech they took a simple step to test in the store. I walked out of the store ten minutes later with a new control box and working vacuum! I have been and will most certainly be a continued loyal customer!

They are awesome. They test your water and will help you get the right chemicals to fix your problem. The chemicals I’ve purchased are very competitive sometimes less than online prices. Definitely recommend them

After being ripped off and losing thousands on another pool contractor, we were very wary and skeptical of signing a new deal. Roger was very understanding of that and his whole team was very good at communicating with us throughout the process. From Amanda in the office to Hoyt and the project guys, to the guys doing the tiling or the gunnite, Roger has a great organization. They did the project when they said for the amount they bid it, and finished the project a bit early as well. We have had a completed pool for nearly a year now and it looks and runs great. Banks continues to maintain and service it for us and those guys are great too. 100 out of 100.

This review is long overdue and more than worthy of the five stars. We have been extremely impressed with Banks pools along the entire journey from design all the way through to completion. I can be a bit picky at times, but Hoyt and his team are just as, if not more critical of their own work and it shows.

Banks built our 20x40 gunnite pool in 2023. The process started August 2023 and finished on time and on budget in November 2023, which included our upgrading the type of pool deck we wanted at the last minute. I was super impressed with the quality of communication, the willingness to talk us thru decisions, the design assistance, the referrals to a great landscaping company, and predictability on cost. Best construction experience we have had.

We had Banks build an in-ground spa last year. They are a family owned small business. Everyone we dealt with in all phases of the construction and service were easy to reach and helpful. The spa was built on-time and of excellent quality. What pleased me most is service and follow-up after construction. The whole team is eager to please!

I have been using Banks for 15 year for water analysis, chemicals, winterization and general repair/replacement of pool equipment. The staff at the store is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about getting and keeping your pool in balance. The service team is responsive and they do quality work/installations. Over the years, I have shopped around... A time or two I have been lured away by cheaper prices. As usual, "you get what you pay for" applies and I got burned... especially when it comes to online equipment... You can find cheaper prices but be careful!... Warranties often do not compare to Banks'...and installation is challenging. Banks always seems to stand by their work to ensure customer satisfaction. Great to work with!
