Shamrock was great! We had a storm roll through our area and they were very quick at coming out and doing the initial inspection. Tim White was great and explained everything down to the T. He even helped with working with the insurance company and were able to put on a new roof in a day. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up around the property after the job was done and they even came out after to make sure everything was done right.

Most importantly, they worked with me after the fact when insurance was trying to not pay. Instead of sticking me with the bill they helped me fight the insurance company until the roof was paid for. I called Shamrock because I had water leaking in my laundry room. It was not a roof leak but a gutter cleaning problem. While investigating, damage from hail was found. And, then it hailed again. Shamrock knew the ins and outs of insurance coverage and provided me a needed plan to make the claim and educated me on the process. It has gone very smoothly. Shamrock replaced my roof and gutters, when the roofers doing the work of tearing off the shingles the broke two sides of my chimney 1x3 boards and then they just kind of stuck them back in place and looks like hell, then my gutters got replaced they left the back gutter about 3/4 of an inch short of my sun room which it should have been touching it for the water to go in the gutter, then told Josh who was handling the job what type of gutter guards I wanted and showed him a sample of it and got a totally different guard , then we got some heavy rains and water was pouring over the gutters so I took a video of it and sent it to Josh and my response back was that I needed another downspout, my response back to that was it never happened in my 24 years at this house which we bought brand new. And have not heard back from them since. So I guess they got their money and to heck with me. Guess it’s time to seek other actions to get this resolved.
