The installers did an excellent job. They knew what they were doing with no guess work. It took about four hours from start to finish and that included trenching 70 feet of ditch for the wiring in my application. I will give them a five star rating ! Overall very pleased with the service. Telephone/email messages were always responded to in a very timely manner. Both plumbers seemed knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions in a clear manner. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Attention was made to not making any kind of mess and cleaning up after their work. Both workers were polite and good natured. I enjoyed working with each, and would definitely contact them again if/when the need arises.

Free estimate means nothing. If you don’t have them do the work they want to charge for the “Free Estimate” No verbal or written contract or agreement and they think they can charge for it. As a company this big you should clarify if it’s a free estimate or only free if the estimate is outrageous and you refuse to use them. Clarification BEFORE even showing up. Still to this day 2-08-24 they are sending me a bill for a tech to come out that didn’t even have the ability to fix my pipe. He needed a backhoe, and crew. When I called I told them it was a pipe from my main to my house and it was leaking 5 feet from my house and I needed it fixed. The tech could not do it and said he’d get his manager to get me an estimate. I said I need it fixed now keys do it. He could not. He left and I called someone and told them the same thing, they showed up with a backhoe and dug where we could see the water come up. It was a split in the PVC pipe. The repair cost me $400. CDL wanted $4700 and are still billing me and never did anything except came and looked and sent me an estimate days later after it was fixed. I told them no and now the insist that I owe them for the free estimate. I’ve spoke with numerous times and they say it’s not a charge for estimate, that it’s a charge for the tech to come out. Original phone was to come fix it. I never said come look at it. They said we will send a tech out to fix it. The tech could not because he had no equipment or experience. So now they harass me monthly with a bill.

Picked up two buildings, had them all chained ready to go just like a 30-year trucker veteran showed me. Karen comes out and tries to tell me I'm not doing it right. So I rechained them like she wanted, went a mile down the road and put them back the way they should be. When I dropped the buildings the receiver said they were changed perfectly, Do us a favor and stay in the office and let the professionals do their job.
