I cannot express how thankful I am for this amazing company coming out and getting my AC fixed on a Wednesday night! I got home somewhere around 6PM to find my AC broken and I called at least 5 different companies and to no avail this company was the only one to say they could do the work today! He had two other calls ahead of me but still said he would show up no matter how late! Around 8PM the owners showed up and my AC fixed by 8:45 easily. After describing what it was doing he said he’s 100% sure he knows the problem and he hit it dead on and had the parts to do the fix right there and then. So after fixing the issue at 9PM at night all it costed was $175 and that’s almost unbelievable because after hours service techs are crazy priced nowadays! So happy I let Wallace Heating and Air come do the work for me! Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They were fast and reasonably priced. I will be using them from now on! In a world full of bad companies this one is an amazing one, great people to do all your AC repairs!

Wallace Heating & Cooling is the best! This is our first winter in a new house with a heat pump system that we know nothing about. As the temperature dropped it started making some strange noises and we weren’t sure if it was working. I called at 4:45pm on a Saturday and they were here by 5:06 pm! They educated me on how the heat pump system works and what to expect, especially in such low temperatures. Then they took a look at our unit and confirmed it was working as it should be. I was very thankful for the piece of mind! The price was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday! I will definitely be using them for our heat and air needs in the future and I highly recommend!
