Had a call with Rick regarding some issues with my toilets. He kindly told me what the issue was and offered his assistance should I need help mid-repair. Will be using SPC as my primary plumber from here on.
I am so happy to have called Salina Plumbing. Mr.Walters aka: Rick is very professional. He was able to explain what the problem was and solution. Same day service! Also, his co-worker, Mr. Micheal aka: Jeff was an excellent worker. Both gentlemen define the occupation as Plumbers! Thank you both and God bless!!!

Rick came by a day early to look at some non-functioning hydrants on my house. While one of the hydrants will need replacing, he got one working today, helped me find my water shutoff, gave me some info on my well pump, and was very kind throughout our interaction.
On top of all of this, he didn't charge me a thing for the trip out. I'll definitely be calling him back for any future work, and recommending him to anyone I know.

Rick did a great job. He may be one of the few remaining plumbers to actually sweat in copper joints rather than use crimps or other fittings. Showed up on time and quickly had the repair complete

There's a reason Salina Plumbing has such great reviews. We chose Salina Plumbing because we read several of the great reviews on google. Our situation was a very minimal issue but one that hadn't been fixed. Our normal long time plumber came out 3 different visits and somehow was not able to fix a slow running toilet. I'm thinking man this really must be something tricky or complicated if our trusted plumber has been out 3 times, charged all 3 times, and still can't get it to stop running. We decided to get a second opinion, using only reviews on google. Rick was very quick to respond and was very intrigued as to why this slow running toilet couldn't be fixed. He was further amazed that when he checked the very first thing to check (the flapper), it was in fact the culprit. Rick was great explaining some of the operation and how to service/fix/address some of these common issues in the future which we greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your help.

We could not have had a better experience! I will absolutely recommend Rick at Salina Plumbing to anyone. He answered when we called about a water heater issue and was out our house just a few hours later. Rick worked hard and had the job done by the end of the work day. He is incredibly personable and goes above and beyond to help. His prices are very reasonable and is upfront with what he charges - there were no surprises. I have finally found a new plumber that I can trust! Rick worked with my schedule so I didn't have to miss work and was very knowledgeable, quick and a pleasure to talk with. I am very happy that my friend referred me to him. A+++++++
