Bath Fitter transformed our old and stained shower into a five star shower in less than one day. Brandon and Mohammed were at my house exactly when they said they would be. The finished product exceeds our expectations by far. If anyone is contemplating doing some manner of bath/shower enhancement, give Bath Fitter an opportunity to demonstrate how they can provide similar expertise to your home. They were very affordable compared to some of the other bids that we received.

Very professional, and tub/shower combination looks great! Erin knew what he was doing and was able to walk me through the entire process! Great job and would recommend, 5 out of 5 stars!

VERY happy with the entire experience. Warren handled my consultation and quote, handled all my questions and helped me build a beautiful walk in shower. Erin and Mohammed were here to handle the demo and install. Both were very kind, patient with questions and thorough! Great cleanup and a great team.

Everyone I dealt with at Bath Fitter was awesome. It was a very pleasant experience. The new shower looks awesome. Granger, to the lady in the office who I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember her name Brandon and Mohammed the installers, all were great. Had a lot of fun with the installers. Left the place clean. Would very much recommend Bath Fitter of Lenexa.

This was our first-time using Bath Fitter and it won't be our last. Our residential consultant, Granger, was very patient, informative, and took great care to meet our budget and match our design ideas. Based on our positive experience with Granger, we decided to schedule a bathtub/shower replacement - our installer was Branden who did an outstanding job!! He was very skilled in the whole demolition and reconstruction process and very diligent and precise in the installation and finishing work!! We highly recommend Bath Fitter and can't thank them enough for a beautiful bathroom upgrade!!

Our experience with Bath Fitter was great from the first phone call to the install. Very responsive to my every question and concern. Warren was great to work with. We had awesome installers (Justin and Wade) for our remodeling project. Both very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. Their clean up after install was terrific. Great job guys!

I 100% recommend Bath Fitter. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They have lots of options to fit your budget and I love the one day install. The guarantee they offer with their product is also one of the things that really helped sell us on it. Our installers Erin and Wade were awesome! They were professional, friendly, efficient and made our shower look amazing!

I had a great experience with BathFitter! After speaking with Darling I was able to have an appointment with Granger the next day. Granger did a great job explaining all the options and the process for installing a new bathtub in my main bathroom and a new shower in my master. I was able to get them both installed a few weeks later. Erin and Brandon both did a fantastic job on my bathrooms and I’m very happy with the results. They took great care to do the job right and leave my house in perfect condition after completing the jobs. I highly recommend!

Wade was AWESOME to work with. He was very friendly and professional, and he called before coming out so we knew exactly when to expect him. He cleaned his work area well before leaving. His completed work is flawless and we LOVE the results he gave us. We really enjoyed working with him. I would recommend Bath Fitter to all our friends and family.

Our installer was very courteous,polite and professional. Caulking was perfect. He cleaned up immaculately when finished and went over care and cleaning of our new shower and tub. I would definitely recommend Bath fitter.

Our Installer Erin and his assistant Justin replaced our iron tub with an acrylic shower. We are very pleased with the result, the extra effort cleaning along the way, and their general professionalism. They finished ahead of schedule. We would certainly recommend them and use them again.

We are super pleased with the work Doug and Erin did on our bathtub replacement to a shower stall! They were hard workers and very professional. We can’t wait to use it after the 24 hour wait time. No regrets in going with this company and we will use them again if the need comes up.

Bath Fitters is an amazing company that has some amazing employees working for them! I have been renovating my house for the last 2 years with only my dad and myself. By the time, I wanted to do the bathroom I was exhausted and just wanted to get it done. I researched and met with Bath Fitters and thought they would be a perfect fit. I loved the idea of a 1 day install. They were very patient with me when picking choices for the tub surround and fixtures. I wanted a modern look with clean finishes. Once I made my decisions, Erin one of their installers came out and he installed everything in a day! He was wonderful, such a hard worker. He explained everything and made sure I liked the look. However, the day of the install we did have a hiccup. During the ordering process miscommunication happened and the wrong shower heads and the finish for my window were ordered/not available. It immediately stressed me out and caused consider. Erin was able to get Brian the branch manager out to my house and quickly resolved the problems. I can’t say enough about Brian. He did everything in his power to fix the issues. He is so caring, patient and understands wanting to get it right. Because this happened during covid it was a long process of waiting. However, he was able to get Don a contractor out to complete my window and he ordered my correct shower heads to be installed. During the many weeks waiting he updated me and made me feel I was a priority. Once my shower heads arrived. Brian quickly got Doug an installer out to my house and and made the changes. These employees are an asset to the Bath Fitters company. They truly go above and beyond to make a customer feel special. Not only is the work top notch but the realistic personal interaction is comforting. I love love my bath room and can’t wait to show it to everyone! I would recommend to anyone looking for a bathroom update! I’ve attached photos of the before the in between and the final.

Back in October 2020, Doug came out and did our guest bathroom. We had lots of damaged tile and ancient fixtures. The work done involved installing a tub/shower combo. We have a rather large window in there, so he removed and replaced the sill/frame. He removed a lot of damaged tile and installed new backing. And replaced our faucet handle and stem, and shower stem. He checked for mold and dealt with that, too.
Pros: he was very patient with us and explained his procedures. He wore a mask the whole time and answered all our questions. He put runners on the floors, too. He got 98% of the job done the first go around. The finished product looks great. We're very happy with it. Customer service was prompt, too. We had to have Doug come back because of some errors (see below). Which he did and was very professional about it, and got the problems resolved right away.
Cons: He took a long time to finish. He arrived a little late, around 9:15, 9:30, and didn't finish until after 6:00. Now, maybe I'm being nitpicky but he originally told us he'd be there by 9:00 and be done by 5:00. The main faucet stem leaked horribly after he left. It had a bad gasket which should have been caught when he tested it out. Some caulking down near the floor wasn't done. And there was a scratch/blemish on the tub part.
Overall, we are very happy with the job and our bathroom. It looks so much better. And, three months later we've had no issues with leaks, caulking coming loose, or anything else.
