They've done two jobs for me and, to me, seem to be honest plumbers. I usually do 100% of all home repairs, but when I'm overloaded with other jobs, I've used them for emergency work. I would recommend them.

Larsen plumbing! My go to team forever! Ty for fixing my main drain pipe. Fast dependable, affordable, but most of all HONEST! Hand dug my line replaced and back up and running quick! Skilled,quality fast working crew!!!! Fence being installed broke thru my pipe, the fence guys played dumb not aknowledging they hit it, larsen crew came out accessed, dug, and this is what we found, Post thru the line... they had my pipe fixed and back going smooth in just a couple hours, even after a big rain storm. WOW. TY.

Eli was the plumber who installed a new 19" toilet, two new sink faucets and fixed the shut off valve in the basement which we discovered had locked up when we had our new shower put in. Eli was communicative, professional, on-time, and very tidy. Most importantly, he did great plumbing work. We're very happy with the job he did this morning. He was in and out of here with little fuss. In speaking with him we discovered he was also an all-around great guy. We're very pleased and are happy to have found a new plumber to replace the one we have used for years and never been quite satisfied with for many reasons. Thanks Larsen Plumbing. This county was in desperate need of more choices in the Plumbing category!!!

BUYER BEWARE! If you want to roll the dice with this company, I highly advise making sure you know exactly what you are going to be charged, and that you have received competitive quotes. I needed an outdoor barn hydrant installed, so I called Pat, one of the owners. Since I had used Larsen before, I trusted them to treat me fairly so I mistakenly did not ask what it would cost. Unfortunately, Pat hit me with an $1800 bill, for work that lasted from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. One of those hours were them not working for being ill-prepared while a Tech went to get a part. After questioning the invoice with Pat, he said that is just a flat fee, and since we had worked with them before, he "gave us a break" because normally they would have charged $2400. I could tell he wasn't being honest. I paid the bill, but afterwards, called three other plumbers to get quotes from them. Two were at $800 and one at $900. One of the plumbers said the old hydrant could have likely just been adjusted. Larsen got me this time, but never will again, and hopefully will not rip you off either.

This was my first call to Larsen & Sons. They came highly recommended. I had a water leak issue from an old line. They discovered the issue, got everything resolved and rechecked that my meter was no longer spinning from all of the gallons of lost water. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. Hired them for a water filtration system replace. They charged twice as much as quoted, then I had to hire another plumber to come and redo what they had done. Chris promised to "make it right", but then blocked me from contacting them. Unprofessional, unreliable, and lacking plumbing knowledge.

My regular plumber retired so a friend gave me a reference to Larsen & Sons. When I called around 6PM, Chris answered right away and was anxious to help. He scheduled us for the next day and Eli arrived right on time. Eli is a very friendly young man and quickly fixed everything perfectly. I strongly recommend Larsen and Sons if you need plumbing help.

Extremely prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept their workspace clean which is appreciated as well. Will only use Larsen & Sons moving forward, 10/10!!
