I can’t express in words how much I appreciated Josh Carver at @AKCPros taking care of my roof, gutter and other various replacements after the “gorilla hail” storm hit our home in Shawnee. He worked with our insurance company and made the whole process as smooth as I have ever experienced, especially since I was out of town the entire time! So highly recommended that he helped several of my neighbors as well!! Highly recommend and trust them with any home repair needs!
Irene Boswell with AKC was amazing to work with! We had our roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage. She was thorough and communicated every step of the way. The whole process went smooth and was a great experience. Her and the AKC team did an awesome job working with our insurance and walking us through those steps. Irene was there on install day making sure things went well. I would recommend her and AKC when replacing your roof and gutters.

Irene Boswell with AKC came out and inspected our roof and just like that, we had our insurance company ready to cut a check for a new roof. Irene was amazing! She kept in touch through the whole process and even came by to check on the roofers when they were getting it done. The crew was quick and efficient and knocked it out quick even in the scorching hot temps.

We had a wonderful experience with AKC. From the first call till the end, we were very pleased! Conner was very thorough and helpful as we got our new roof! The gentleman were very polite and efficient! I would recommend Chris Ward and his team to everyone! Happy to have received their service!

We have been working with Michael Gallagher with AKC Pros when our home was hit with very large hail. He has been amazing with communication, helping us work with insurance and we were the first in the neighborhood to get a new roof! We highly recommend!

Paul did an absolutely amazing job dealing with our insurance company and arranging the whole project. He was present for every phase of the process and always available for questions and information. Paul is a consummate professional and has tremendous care for his job and his customers.
Paul dealt directly with our claims adjuster and was a tremendous intermediary, especially when the insurance company tried to say that we owed them money back from the project. Paul instantly got his bosses and the owners of the company involved and their correspondence was prompt and very helpful. AKC Pros excels in professionalism, coordination and dedication to their craft and their customers.
Upon moving into our new home less than a year ago, we learned the old roof had been improperly installed and did not have adequate venting. The attic space was essentially cooking the roof and despite being only 8 years old it had aged well beyond that. Paul gave us a free inspection and estimate and determined that we had hail damage. He dealt directly with our claims adjuster and the project was completed in less than 2 weeks. We did not pay a single penny out of pocket as Paul and his team got us a properly installed, high quality roof. I cannot recommend AKC Pros enough or speak too highly of their customer service. They made the process extremely smooth and we are very pleased with the look and reliability of our new roof. Thank you very much Paul and AKC Pros!

I have very much appreciated the manner in which Paul Davis has handled my claim thus far. Everything has been explained to my satisfaction and he has helped me in how to handle the claim with my insurance company. Now waiting on copy of the contracts, expenses and billing information. Also need small gutter guard replaced the was broken off during roofing as well as checking the flashing placed around my chimney to ensure it is properly sealed against moisture.

We love AKC Pros Roofing! They are very friendly and professional. Paul Michael Davis helped us talk to the insurance people and the inspectors. He really has a great way with people! We called a few weeks ago because we have had a leak for a little while. Paul came out and took a look at it the very same day! He's such a nice guy and very professional. He helped us create a claim with our insurance company and helped work with them to get us the best opportunity to get it repaired. We are still in the process, but Paul has kept us up to date throughout. I am so glad we chose AKC!
