We had all new siding and two new windows installed, from start to finish everyone was easy to work with and quickly responded to questions. I highly recommend using Assurance Exteriors, they were very professional and my house looks amazing.

I received wonderful and informative service from the get-go. I felt very comfortable with Steve, the salesman, and was very confident with my decision to choose them. We signed our contract in April and the work done in July. The delay was because it took a little bit for supplies to arrive (we ordered a special color that isn't typically in their available stock) and then working with my schedule. The crew that was sent out were professional and friendly. They were extremely hard workers, and for two people they got the job done fast with no flaws that I could see. We went with the DiamondKote LP Smartside and a few new windows. We wanted a wood siding with little to no maintenence, and this one gives us that. One of the pictures is before and after. I would highly recommend this company.

I used Assurance Exteriors to replace the incorrectly installed shingles on my house. They gave me several options to choose from and kept me in my budget. The installers were fast, professional, and courteous. They left my property as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. I had some storm damage well after the install and they were very good about repairing it, no questions asked and no charge. I would definitely use Assurance Exteriors again and I highly recommend them.

Very easy to work with and treated me like I was their only customer...even though I was one of many they were juggling at the time. Excellent work, clear communication, did what they said they would do. Great job and if I ever need another roof (shouldn't with the 50 year shingle) I will certainly call Assurance Exteriors. I already recommended them to my father in law.

Marshall was wonderful to work with. He truly made the whole experience seamless. He came the next day after we had found water damage due to a storm to check things out. He confirmed we had storm damage and immediately offered to communicate with our insurance adjuster. This was our first time filing a claim in our home and we were so grateful to have such strong guidance and communication. We appreciated Marshall and his crews attention to detail and quality of the products they recommended. They really listened to our needs and delivered a beautiful new roof and gutters. We are very happy with our decision to use Assurance Exteriors and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Tyson and Marshall were fantastic in handling the entire process. From the pre-inspection to being present with the insurance adjuster, to coordinating the roof work and planning the guttering install, everything was seamless. I have heard horror stories of insurance claims and roofing over the years, but I was very fortunate they showed up on my doorstep a few days after the storm and delivered on their promise and went beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the result. No hidden costs, they were very upfront about what might be additional (I had old rotten wood needing replaced) and worked to keep the costs low. I would highly recommend their services and can't wait to finish my other home repairs!

We did a complete siding and gutter replacement. Great customer service before and during the project. We had lots of questions about options and the process right up to when the project started. Their rep was amazing, provided quick responses, and was very easy to work with. We got multiple estimates prior to hiring Assurance. They were by far the most responsive and professional in getting us information and answering questions. Their price was very competitive. The crew spent several weeks onsite. They were courteous and professional. They made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. Our house is older so the fit and finish was a challenge but they did everything they could to make it look great. We would hire them again for other services.
