From, the receptionist who answers the phone and manages the office (and so much more) to the Installers (who were always respectful of my home and glass/mirror needs). It is almost as if you are family too! Because you are treated as such all the way through the process. My mirror on my pocket door is perfect thickness and size, and large glass shower door is insanely beautiful!

I had an exterior storage door replaced, frame and all. My lead time was mostly due to a special order steel door, and a bit of rain. The installer was done in about in hour with everything completely in order. Spot on installation! He cleaned up so well, I could find no trace he'd been, other than a great looking, new door, of course. Could not have had a better experience. 100% would highly recommend!!

I had Glass Guru replace a sliding door and three windows. I initially picked them because the price was way more affordable for me. I will continue to use them due to the following The product. I have had Provia sliding door and two windows in for several months. I did have issues with the lock on the sliding door, but at this time it has been fixed. I just had one provia window installed today, June 16, 2023. No issues with any of the windows as of now. Michael (owner) and Scott ( installer) are great to work with. After installation I noticed issues, and each time they got back with my right away and came out and made repairs. Trust is very important to me and I ? trust Michael and Scott. I do recommend the company and I will use them for any and all future windows and door replacements.
