Calb and his crew came and did a fantastic job. They took their time and did a great job repairing and then putting everything back together in the yard. It looks great. All the young men were so nice and very knowledgeable of what they were doing. What they put back for my driveway area is unacceptable. This is just a couple days from when they did the work this week.

Kremer plumbing did a good job with the sewer line but when it came to sealing the line they used cheap material (cold patch) and didn’t landscape with straw. Here is what it currently looks like just after a few days.

Kremer plumbing came out through our warranty company in Harrison Ohio not licensed in Ohio excavated our water line with no permit and they shut our utilities off until another company came out and excavated line back up and it showed that they Soldered a coupling Underground which we found out is not allowed, now that the other company has pulled a permit we can now have our utilities turned back on . Very bad experience with this company and we asked around ob Harrison page and over 15 people said the same thing worst company to work with and the owner is very mean saying stuff like well if you don’t like my price your warranty company will send someone else out. Then they ask me to pay a portion of the job I called warranty company and they said no you don’t have any out of pocket so they tried to rob us in a since. Don’t use this compay

Jeremiah was our tech and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Knowledgeable, friendly and informative as to our issue. He didn't mind me hanging over him and he explained what were seeing on the camera each step of the way. He found no issues, but if we had one, I believe Kremer Plumbing would be who I called to handle it. Very professional.

I called ‘Kremer Plumbing and Pool Services’ today and spoke directly to the owner of the company (Jason). I told him what my plumbing needs were and he immediately asked if I would like to take care of it today. First he answered the phone (no long waiting periods to be called back), second he gave me a price quote over the phone (which was convenient), then Jason sent a very knowledgeable man named ‘Jeremiah’ out to my house (he had a big smile when he came to the door, also very kind and respectful) and he fixed the problem in a timely manner. We were referred to Kramer Plumbing by our warranty company to replace our underground water line. The water line was replaced and they said they restored our yard. I beg to differ my yard looks terrible. I would not recommend this company at all. They don’t communicate properly. My yard is high in spots and very low in spots. Don’t use this company.
