I ordered cut glass. The cuts were correct as ordered. Timely service.
I wished I hadn’t ordered with them. They have cancelled twice. The first time because they ordered the wrong color. Today, they cancelled because their worker was sick. They have had my money since September and still no window. They have not even apologized for the inconvenience once.

Work was not completed on time...highly unprofessional young men in the front office seemed entirely unconcerned with our order and who if anyone had completed it. Disappointed.

Excellent experience! I needed glass tops cut for furniture and I was able to quickly make an appointment for my furniture to be measured. The measurements and quote were free, and the service was great. I was recommended what would work and be best for my needs and not talked into expensive upgrades. My order was placed and delivered quickly without any problems.

I cannot recommend Kentucky Mirror and Plate Glass. Anthony and his crew replaced the glass for a skylight in our sunroom about a year ago and we’ve had multiple issues with it since. The glass leaked the first rain after installation, which was merely fixed by them slapping a thick layer of silicone sealant on the frame of the skylight - a seemingly sloppy and temporary fix. About eight months later, a small crack formed in the lower right corner of the glass and has slowly crawled its way towards the center. There was no evidence of anything hitting or damaging the skylight. After calling them again, Anthony came to inspect the crack (which took multiple reminder calls and about a week and a half delay) and without even climbing on the roof, he claimed there was nothing he could do about it. So, we are left $450 later with a somewhat leaky and cracked skylight glass and Kentucky Mirror and Plate will take no responsibility for their install or the products they sell. Very unfortunate! My parents had similar issues with the glass shower door they had installed by these guys. I would NOT recommend using this company for your glass needs as you’ll end up with a faulty installation/product and no recourse for remedying the situation.
