Brandon showed up at 8:00AM on the dot just like they told me he would. He was professional and proficient. He dealt with my three year old asking questions. He didn’t get annoyed with the questions either. He was very kind and very thorough he explained everything that he was doing. They offer financing which is nice. Brandon also had Jacob R with him working outside while Brandon worked inside. Jacob was awesome too! They got the job done in a little under 5 hrs. They replaced my unit, the coil, the thermostat pretty much everything. They also didn’t take very long to get to my house I called them on Sunday Greg showed up on Sunday let me know what we needed and by Friday at 1:00 I had air. I would recommend Johnson and Johnson to anyone that needs their air fixed.

Johnson Heating & Cooling has been the most knowledgeable and professional HVAC service I've used. They replaced my furnace in less than a day and did a great job on the install! Last year as winter was setting in they came and made repairs to the old furnace and it ran all winter no problems, which was a first. When it finally died in late spring I knew who to call. They even took care of the warranty process on the new furnace. Thanks guys! The central air is working great!

Last Saturday over Memorial weekend the AC decides to go out. Kelly in the front of office was great and said she would schedule someone to be there Sunday morning. Daniel showed up as promised and was able to diagnose the issue and had us back running. The house at 80 degrees would not been a fun day.

The team at Johnson Heating & Cooling are fantastic. When I moved to my house a few years ago, I noticed the service records from Johnson Heating & Cooling, so I decided to continue with them as they were familiar with my systems. Boy am I glad I did. My technician Daniel has been outstanding, and Kelly at the office makes scheduling and payments super easy. I would highly recommend Johnson Heating for all of your HVAC needs.

Daniel, the Service Manager, came out himself to do a system check on a new-purchase house that we had no historical knowledge of the HVAC functionality. He spent a significant amount of time longer than I would expect to explain his process and answer all my questions. Professional, friendly, and upfront with the options and his suggestions based on our intentions and goals. Definitely will be the top of our list for future HVAC business.

Daniel was amazing he was able to get us in the next day after we called for service. He Fixed the problem, educated, and pricing was fair. We absolutely will work with this company again in future, we highly recommend!

We needed a new heat pump and air exchanger. We choose Johnson Heating and Cooling. Our experience has been very satisfactory. Brandon the lead installer was very efficient and completed the job completely. He gave us a complete understanding of what work was done and answered all our questions. We are going to use Johnson for our regular maintenance based our experience today.
