The team showed up very quickly. Rob went over everything thoroughly. He communicated every step. The work done was very professionally. Very happy that our water issues were resolved quickly.
A+ Restoration was absolutely fantastic! A waterline broke and flooded our basement on a Sunday and one of the owners Jared came out himself within the hour to start cleaning it up. We were in the process of selling our house at the time, and they went out of there way to move their scheduled around and accommodate our tight timeline. The team was so kind and responsive as well. They Jared helped dry out the basement and Kevin beautifully rebuild it back in a weeks time (drywall, painting, and carpet) and explained everything they were doing in detail throughout the process. They even helped connect me to a wonderful plumber when the one we were using became unresponsive.
They made this whole nightmare of a project so seemless and easy. They worked directly with our insurance and promptly deliver everything insurance needed to process the claim quickly and without issue.
They are passionate about their work, and it shows in the quality and their customer service.

A+Restoration was professional, efficient, and skillful. The owner Jared was so kind, generous, knowledgeable and reliable. I can tell he cares alot about his customers. I really appreciated the follow up calls and texts, before even starting the job. I am truly pleased and satisfied with the work they completed in my extremely vintage basement. I will definitely recommend A+ Restoration to family, friends and colleagues.

Rob and his crew did a phenomenal job taking care of my home. They were prompt and quick with inspecting and coming up with a resolution. Highly recommend them!!! Thanks a lot Rob and crew!!!

Rob and his team have been so professional and patient with all that is going on with our home. We are battling the waiting game with our insurance company as we are on our 3rd claim adjuster as two have left the company and now it's being processed by management and even though our invoice is outstanding, A+ is being fair in waiting through the process. They were thorough and quick to respond when our basement flooded after only owning our home for two weeks, a birthday the day before the flood and the first mortgage due. We are emotionally grateful as we are so frustrated looking at our basement still needing to be restored and awaiting the release of funds to finish the process. A+ is amazing and we would use them over and over again and refer them to all customers regarding the need of service!! Thank you!!! Ron and I here in Columbia-Tusculum thank you and appreciate you more than you know!
