I had an appointment for a evaluation/quote to be performed. Lady who took my emails, Kim, said that their availability that day was open. We agreed to a 3p time. Nobody showed up by 5p, and they closed their office early to where nobody was available to answer any calls for clarity. She said the next day that each electrician thought the other was gonna meet me. This business apparently doesn't delegate and assign properly for work to be done. Terrible communication. Save your time and go with somebody else.

I used Home Advisor to search for an electrician to install a wall outlet in my garage for my electric car. Electric Masters was recommended and quick to respond to my request. They worked quickly to set me up with a quote appointment. The quote was fair and reasonable. They were also quick to set up an install appointment for me. The gentlemen showed up promptly. They were quick to assess the situation and they worked efficiently to install the outlet. They also cleaned up the work site, so that I hardly knew they had been there. I was also very surprised and thankful to see that they had installed my cable organizer next to the outlet, without being asked. I was very pleased with the work and I will be calling Electric Masters for all of my home electric needs.
