Called and spoke to a very polite person to schedule the appointment. The plumber, Harry, was actually just a bit early, which was great. He immediately diagnosed the issue. A faulty pressure reduction valve on the water line just inside the house. That completely jived with what I read on Google and was serious enough that i decided to call them in the first place. Our 30 year old valve was no longer cutting back on the pressure from the city supply line and we were getting over 200 psi instead of 60 +/- . That was causing our faucets and toilets to run and our hot water heater to drip from the pressure relief valve on it. Harry went out and got the necessary parts to fix that and also another issue with our outside water spigot. He returned promptly and repaired both items and cleaned up his stuff afterwards. It cost more that I hoped but less than I feared. I’ve called Roto Rooter several times now for several different issues and they always solve it quickly and I always feel relieved once they’re done.
Chris came out today to review issue and potential work. Did thorough camera inspection and we put a good plan together to resolve my rainwater drainage problem. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

The serviceman that came was on time, explained his diagnosis of our plumbing issue, what he was going to do, and did the work. He was personable, professional, and most importantly knew what he was doing If I need to have this service again, I will definitely call your company and would hope the same serviceman responds.

Chris B. did an excellent job explaining to me what was going on with the main line. He allowed me to watch as the camera went through the pipe. He gave me options on how to fix the problem and did not pressure me into making a decision on the spot.

Mike was very professional and polite. He got our drain unclogged and everything cleaned up nicely. Also did his best to go the less expensive route though it didn’t turn out that that way worked. I appreciated the effort nonetheless.

The technician was very informative and made decisions based on his professional experience. He made me feel that his decision that he made were in my best interest and not just for the money. That was so important to me because ,I am a senior citizen with a limited income. Thanks Chris.

Everyone has been wonderful.
The Tech Jacob explained what he did. Chris showed me the problem on camera & set the next step up for me. Carl took care of the insurance company.
Orlando is super nice and is taking care of the inside work where it flooded. It's a lot, but they've all been right here helping me out.

The plumber did outstanding job.really very happy with the service call and price. 6 month warranty. Out standing service would recommend. Call this am at 7 had the plumber at the house by 11.thank you.i will say that the company needs to rell the employees not to engage in political discussion. I was making small talk with the technician and somehow the discussion turn to only Republicans should be in office.i did say let's just table talk of politics. Then it was a speech about the government big pharmaceutical owned all the food supplies they are putting paint chips in the cereal. I wish I never said anything but hello and there is the drain.i was not happy having to have a technician giving me his far right beliefs. I could not get the guy to work on the drain.i will say I did engage in small talk.so if I ever have to call for service again I will make it clear here the problem just fix it and what the bill.the plumber did the job but I was very uncomfortable having a far right person in my house spouting far right beliefs.

Had an appointment for a Thursday with a window of 8-10 in the morning, 10:30 no word called to confirm the appointment and found out it was made for Monday instead. They did send someone within 30 minutes or so and the person who came did do a good job. Was friendly and professional and fixed the problem he was there for. Other than the time mix up they did a good job.
