We used Protection One as our security monitoring service for over 15 years, and decided to switch to Ascent Systems Innovations several years ago for the following reasons: • Hardware – Ascent provides state-of-the-art keypads that provide all the features you could imagine. Our favorite feature is the ability to arm/disarm the alarm while away from home, using an app on our iPhone. • Customer Service - Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Todd installed our security system quickly, and we are still extremely satisfied. • Cost – the monthly monitoring fees are ridiculously low when compared to the competition. • Monitoring – bottom line, it is flawless. Service representatives call immediately when the alarm is activated (ours has been accidentally activated by us several times). If you currently use a monitoring service, or are looking for a complete security system solution for your home or business, I highly recommend checking into Ascent Systems Innovations. I have referred them to several of my friends and neighbors, and they are very happy that I did.
