Avoid for repairs right now as they have no in store that can help, everything is being shipped to Indianapolis. Went in to see about a warranty recall and was quoted 2 months and $60 for the recall work because I didn't have the recall number they were looking for, the number they wanted was no where on the manufacturer recall page. Not sure how they could take it in and do a repair without the number they need but seemed more than happy to take $60.

Store closed at 6 pm. Hard to sell stuff to the working man while he’s still at work. I stopped in at 545 and they wouldn’t even let me in. Very disappointed

I was in this location on 10/31/2023 . I had a very good experience with Mrs Jo and her manager !!! They both helped me with the purchase of some wrenches that were discontinued. They were both very helpful with my purchase. I have been to this location several times and whenever I visit this location everyone is very friendly and helpful . I will continue to visit this location in the future !!

Awesome selection with great brands like Milwaukee, DeWalt, Ingersoll Rand, and even Knipex! One of the only stores I know of that carries Knipex and they are excellent. To top it off, prices are comparable on hand tools all the way up to power tools with Lowes, Home Depot, even Amazon for the most part.
