As a former employee and current customer, I can not say enough good things about Suntime Pools West- Crestwood & Middletown. The staff are very personable, knowledgeable about my pool and have given me confidence in the the daily/ weekly upkeep which keeps my pool looking incredible.. always. :)

Incredible customer service, found out very late in the day that our pool pump hoses needed to be replaced as they cracked when installing. Unfortunately did not get the name of who helped me but they checked the inventory for what I needed and provided prices over the phone. Price was far less than I expected as well. This will be our go to pool supply store! Thank you again so much

We've had our pool for 22 years without much issues. This year has been a different story, I've had my filter go bad, hoses start leaking, fittings leaking, pump leaking, I made a trip to Suntime Pools West in Crestwood 3 days in a row. I had the greatest service in there, even though they were so busy! Katie is so knowledgeable and friendly, I really appreciate her help and advice. They've had most things I needed even though I have a brand they don't install.

We've been going to Suntime Pools West for over seven years now and I can't recall a single instance of something other than outstanding customer service. The staff is always patient and friendly in answering questions and providing guidance, and I have never felt that they were trying to sell me something that I didn't need. We all need to rely on professionals in fields where we lack knowledge, but that sense of genuine trust is rare and invaluable. I even recently installed a salt system from another company (huge sale) and Suntime literally gave me a much needed tutorial on how to use it, and and has guided me through the transition with multiple water tests and expert analysis. Truly unparalleled customer service. So grateful to have them nearby. Thank you Katie, Leslie, Brian, Ollie and everyone my wife and I have interacted with there.

I can’t say enough great things about Suntime Pools West. We originally contacted them in 2020 during the pandemic and they were very up front with us about their timeline and the realities of pool supply during a pandemic. Aubrey and Stu made this process so easy for us and were always great at communicating next steps with us. Our pool was installed during the fall of 2022 (just like we were told) and the process was flawless. Not only was their work quality, they made sure even the smallest details did not go undone. There’s a reason this family owned business has been around so many years!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Always courteous, prompt, communicative and responsive, I'm not sure I would want a pool if I didn't have Suntime professionals to help me when "I'm in over my head". Great family run business and I don't know what I would without them. Thanks Suntime!
