Scheduled appointment online for Friday, June 28, 2024. Process was simple and easy. I received a reminder text confirming my appointment by Amanda. A representative of Apex contacted me on Friday evening to reschedule for Saturday, June 29th, bc the job prior to mine ran longer than anticipated. Amanda was very communicative and friendly, which I appreciated! Saturday came and went, no Apex plumber, however they did send a text early Monday morning, July 1st. The message included apologies for the delays, as well as when to expect my plumber. Apex Company charges $89 for service call, and if you allow them to service leak, etc.. Apparently they deduct the $89 from total cost to repair or replace whatever service is needed, should you approve them to do the job. I had a leaky pipe in my basement, which goes to an outside water spigot. Cost for total job was $356.50, which is super high in my opinion. The invoice did not reflect the credit mentioned, so who knows if I really received it. Now for my plumber-Zach Brown, he was very knowledgeable, worked quickly, and super nice!! He explained every step of the process, which I appreciated. He was amazing and I would definitely hire him for any plumbing job! I asked him about cost to replace all the water pipes in my home, and he had the estimate to replace my entire water pipes sent prior to leaving. While I do feel they are a bit more expensive than most plumbing companies or independent plumbers, they are worth the price, especially if you have a job much larger than mine. I say that bc I have a home that is 20 years old and will likely require all my pipes be replaced, due to the sloppy plumbing completed by the original plumbers who installed my pipes when the home was built. I have a ton of corrosion on my connectors, and copper pipping which should have lasted 50+years, will be lucky to last 35 years. So, the moral here is you get what you pay for. Definitely request Zach Brown any chance you can, as you will not be disappointed! Overall, I am very pleased with my service, and I definitely recommend Zach Brown and Apex Plumbing. Lastly, they are upfront on pricing prior to doing the job.
Zach and Kage were absolutely amazing! Apex responded quickly, within an hour, of notifying them that our water heater quit on us and they got right to work. The crew went the extra mile to make sure the job site was clean and to make sure the set up looked as good as it works. We wanted a tankless water heater and are super happy we spent the money for the upgrade! They will definitely be my first call on our next project!

Both Zach B and Kage, were on time, professional and friendly. Both gentlemen listened as I explained the issues that needed to be corrected, and then Zach B explained why I was having the problems with my bathrooms that I was experiencing. He and Kage went to work on the projects, kept me abreast of what they were doing and fixed all issues that I had. They were great and I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues...thanks so much!

Shout out to the AMAZING technicians Michael Estes, John McGuire, and Aaron Raley with Apex Plumbing Solutions! There are not enough praise and thanks for the WONDERFUL work done on a weekend emergency clogged sewer line and septic pump. These wonderful folks went above and beyond to fully inspect and fix a bad back up problem. Their customer service was outstanding! I HIGHLY recommend these folks and their company for any plumbing needs.

I really do like the experience. The guy gave me he he did dance to my commode made me understand where the clog actually is. I really do appreciate him and his knowledge of his job he does he does excellent job. I’d recommend him to many many other people have blessed day.

Technicians were fantastic.. the reception needs lessons in customer service!! Gets rude, surly and actually hung up on me when discussing an issue we had after over $7,000 in repairs.
EDIT.. Receptionist called back and apologized to my DIL so upped the rating to 4 star.

Got out quickly for a pump out! I like the professionalism of all employees I interacted with. From the initial call, communication after the call, and on site technician, professionalism was there.
There is a saying for service: Good, fast, and cheap- pick two. These guys were good and fast. Some of the additional services were pretty high, so we opted to go another route. But we are happy with the service that we got!

I called Apex at 8:30 am, Mike Estes was here at 12:05pm! After a very thorough inspection of ALL my plumbing not just the one drain we needed repaired Mike explained the process and the costs. He explained he needed to retrieve the needed repair parts and another technician to assist him. All told they had my drain repaired and were gone by 3:00, even after driving back and forth for needed supplies and his technician!!! I am super impressed with Apex and especially Mike Estes as he seemed to take extremely good care to get my drain repaired properly even though they had another job over an hour away! Recommend Apex Plumbing highly, but Mike Estes even more so!

Dependable and highly professional. Exceptional work. Couldn't be more satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Excellent communication. High attention to detail. I appreciated their willingness to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Trent and Nate for any plumbing issues one may have. Thanks again guys ?
