Definitely the best value! Paul Wells was able to complete our home inspection within just a couple of days of us having a contract on our new home. He was comprehensive, extremely thorough, explained everything as he went, answered all questions, and clearly is an expert in his business. 3 1/2 hours and we appreciated all of it. The report was 50 pages with photographs! Then, he returned to check repairs. We would recommend him highly.

Paul wells makes big issues out of small problems. Claim a ding in drywall was bug infestation which was false and proven by a exterminator. Also claims foundation issues if a stucco begins to flake. HAD A LIST A MILE LONG AND 80% WAS PROVEN BULLSHIT BY PROFESSIONALS. He is also known in the real-estate world as a deal killer. Would not recommend and would go with a more reputable inspector that has common sense.

Paul did 2 home inspections for me and provided great feedback. Recently I sold my home and he did the inspection for the buyers. He took time to explain to me (seller) what he found wrong and how to fix it. He is just one of the best people you could ever meet. I recommend him 100 percent

I am very happy with the inspection process with Paul! He was very thorough and explained things in an easy to understand manner. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. He took time to answer every question I had. The small Military discount was nice as well!

Paul Wells did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was very detailed and didn’t miss a thing. He went back to re-inspect the repairs after they were completed and was just as detailed providing all the findings and pictures. We highly recommend his services! Paul is extremely thorough and answers all questions knowledgeably and easy to understand. His attention to the small details is impeccable. His knowledge in all areas inside and outside of the home was very impressive. I could not recommend him enough! He will be our go to from here on out.

AMAZING! Paul was recommended to me by a friend, and I am very pleased with Best Value Home Inspection. Paul is the one to choose if you are looking for a thorough, professional inspection that covers the entire property. Paul goes through property outside and inside leaving no stone unturned covering concerns with needed corrections and frequently teaching as he goes. I did not feel rushed, but felt he wanted to make sure I understood each area. He frequently gave tips on the care of home and even ideas on how to improve drainage, increase efficiency, maintain home, as well as what areas were of safety concern. You will be in excellent hands with Paul and his wife. Paul goes above and beyond. Definitely will choose Paul again, when needed. Quick turnaround time on report and initial appointment, as well as being willing to go back out if needed. Many thanks to this local business that supports the military and first responders. I am very happy with my experience with Best Value Home Inspection. Paul Wells was punctual, professional, and friendly. Paul took time to answer every question I had in an easy to understand manner. Paul was very through in his inspection, and I was extremely impressed with his process. I would 100% recommend Paul to anyone needing a home inspector. Best Value Home inspection is undoubtably the best service I've had with any company. Paul was very personable and kind. He speaks in terms that you can understand and the reports he provides afterwords is an easy to follow list of my home's needs and repairs. His honesty and understanding makes him the best home inspector in the area. Its easy to see that between Paul and his wife Lisa they both have the knowledge to fill an encyclopedia on residential construction. Don't even hesitate with this one. Trust me, I trust them.
