Very good and honest people Lifesavers I only wish I called them first before I called Allen's that company is nothing but a bunch of used car salesman who try to sell you a new system but this company is very honest and they recommend what's best for you not for them I will always call them if I need anything, GREAT PEOPLE! PS their prices are very reasonable unlike other companies!

I woke up at 4:30 and I was freezing. I went to the thermostat and it was on 59 instead of 68 and it wasn't humming as usual. I went out and checked my filter even though I had just replaced it. I checked the breaker box and it wasn't off but I turned it off and back on. Nothing. I called and left a message at Air Care since they are the ones who installed it just 3 years ago. Brad called me later and said he could get here in an half and a half. I was thrilled but still cold. He came and thank goodness it was a little fix with the wires touching the copper pipe. He was so good, so friendly, and so professional. He tested the inside unit first but then figured out the problem before he even took the top off the outside unit. It was quickly humming along and I was so happy. This company is the bomb. Do yourself a favor and call them even if they didn't install your unit. They get there as fast as they can and they figure out the problem and solve it fast. TY Air Care so much. I am so happy being warm again.

These guys are down the street from me, and I am so thankful they are here. I have had some smaller issues fixed before, but today there were a few issues conspiring to keep my heat from working properly. Brian worked through all the issues and now my system is back up and running much better than before. He was friendly and professional and took care of everything in a timely manner. He called on his way to make sure I was available too. Can't recommend this company enough!

Air Care is awesome. Caleb is a trustworthy and helpful rep that saved us an incredible amount of money. We had an incredibly high quote from "Allen's" with all kinds of issues listed supposedly costing over $3,500 to fix, we even had a follow up rep come out and price us a 10-12k replacement. We called Air Care for a second opinion. I didn't give any details, just said I had a high repair quote from another company and wanted to verify what was wrong. Caleb came to the house and was great. In a short time he checked everything inside and out and there were no issues with our a/c or furnace aside from being an older unit. He went over our bills with us and explained why we had a spike for the month in question and was very knowledgeable. He talked through the questions we had about the other estimate and addressed all the concerns we had. We've only been in KY a few years, but Air Care has a life long customer and you better believe we will be sharing their name on all our social groups.
