I work in construction management and can be very picky on the professionalism of home services staff. That being said, we got amazing service from the team. Our crew was Dan and Drew and they were friendly, communicative, hard working and best of all had a wonderful positive attitude. My apartment complex gave the movers a hard time with not allowing an elevator lock and an overzealous maintainence guy to that kept telling them to move their boxes. They never complained, got the work done and made sure they delivered great service. Thank you!

I have used this company more than just a few times. This is, by far, the worst experience. First, the movers show up at my residence more than an hour early without even calling before. Of course, I had not anticipated the arrival, so things that would have been done beforehand were not done. Then, after a tour of my residence, I am told that the move "should take no more than three hours." Next, I get a call that movers are unable to locate my new residence. There is more: I did not know that I would be billed for three movers while one mover would be on his phone--and waiting inside the truck or my residence--for much of the move. Does the truck need a guard? My residence certainly did not. Finally, I was also unaware that a lunch break was "built into" my move? I don't get it. Bill me for your lunch break? What a joke! I won't be using, nor recommending, this company anymore. Worst move ever.

Fast forward to July she had the same company come out and move them to their new home! 5 Cincinnati Bengals autograph pictures that were very expensive came up missing! This company is untrustworthy we will never use them again!!!

1. I was under-quoted for my move, despite providing them with an itemized list of furniture, and items, and describing the square footage of my home. A one-day 10-hour move turned into 2 days and 16 hours total. 2. I was told that I would not need to empty drawers to prepare and that the drivers would take apart beds and wrap items for me and then was told that I was not fully prepared for the move by the drivers. They ran out of time and space on my first day, which resulted in furniture being left in my driveway for me and my family to get moved into the house at 9pm. 3. The movers did not move items to specified areas despite being asked and provided with pictures and I also had to remind them to take things repeatedly. 4. I was not provided with detailed instructions on how to properly prepare for the move, including cleaning out my deep freeze, the fact that they cannot move any paint, chemicals, etc., and that they cannot take apart exercise equipment to move it. I was not told until they were driving away that they could not move a treadmill because it needed to be taken apart and that they could not do this. Had I known this information, I would have taken it apart myself and would have been better prepared. I had to call a manager to come out to help resolve the issue which led to further delays. It comes down to poor homeowner education on their part to help prepare for the move and overall poor communication regarding what they can and cannot do. For larger moves, a on-site visit and estimate should be a requirement to avoid issues such as this as well as a pre-move call to go over the items and ensure that they are all prepared. This move was extremely stressful and was extremely expensive which may have been avoided had the company done their diligence in their estimates and in preparing the homeowner for the move. Terrible experience. I will not use this company again.

These guys showed and got to work immediately. They never slowed down and kept smiles on their faces from start to finish. The temperature was 95 degrees and these guys ran the whole time. This is a very exceptional crew and couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
