I recently had a toilet clog emergency and Connor came for assistance. I was impressed by his quick response time and professionalism. Connor arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and efficiently cleared the clog.He was knowledgeable, courteous, and ensured the problem was completely resolved before leaving. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Connor and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.
Cullen was great! Super efficient and kind to everyone in the house and he got us all taken care of and fixed all our problems.

Avoid this chain company at (literally” all cost!
I don’t believe all the 5 star reviews. You can believe if you want. I called 1 Tom and was surprised by the quick answer by a receptionist. The technician came quickly too, however he quoted an unbelievable expensive repair cost. That was followed up by telling me he could start the work immediately. At approximately $4700 for the work, I thanked him and asked for an emailed copy of the repairs and estimate for everything, itemized. I paid him cash, $100, for the $99 service charge. He asked if I needed the dollar in change. I said no.
Although I had received not less than 4 emails from 1 Tom after contacting them and scheduling the service call, the only email I received after this was a request for payment of the $99. So I called 1 Tom again and spoke with the same reception person, (surprisingly), and I explained the situation. I was told the cash payments were deposited at the end of each work day. I asked about the itemized list for the repairs and costs, and she said the technician would have to discuss it with the boss before emailing it to me. Strange, because he had gone to his vehicle to check cost, pricing, and “to find a specialty store” that would actually have the items our older pipes would require.
After coming in to give me the verbal estimate and offer to start immediately, he explained that there was only one shop that provided the proper fittings and, fortunately for me, it was a “authorized dealer” for 1 Tom.
Having had him begin any work would require a contract and lock me in for their service and charges. After telling him “no, I need to get more estimates first”, he left and I never heard from them again, save for my calling again on Monday.
I was told that the estimate I had requested had been emailed and “opened”. I rebuked that, telling her I most certainly did not receive or open any email regarding the charges. I said we could certainly check my email records if needed. She offered to email it now. I said “no thank you, I have already hired a reputable local plumber”, and I requested my $100 be returned. She said the $99 would be refunded by check. I reminded her it was an even hundred, and I told her how shocked I was when I compared his verbal total, explaining everything was being completed for less than 1/4 their quote.
Avoid this national chain company at (literally) all costs! Disturbing, at the least; entrapment for people in urgent need is probably more accurate.

Collen was amazing! He was very professional, understanding, and attentive of the customer needs. He definitely showed that he knew what he was doing and applied that to the project! Thanks Collen, I hope you hear about how well you did, and the appreciation I felt. 10 out of 10!

Cullen from 1-Tom provided exceptional service! Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, Cullen fixed our plumbing issue with ease. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a reliable plumber!

We called at 1015 pm as our main line had a clog and our basement was filling with water and waste. All of the other main companies said our call would be returned for emergency service, and were unable to provide a quote- we never received a call back from any other company. 1-Tom’s operator was polite, kind, and gave us the cost over the phone, which was extremely reasonable for a middle of the night service and none of the other big name companies would provide an estimate. Connor arrived quickly and was able to fix our problem in a matter of minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided information on how to avoid this issue in the future. Thanks to 1-Tom our problem is now fixed. Can’t recommend them enough.

Even though I currently reside in a rented townhouse, no one hopes to see their waterheater busted on any given day. Management may have made the order for repair, but I would like to say that David was really respectful and did a fantastic job when I needed a water heater replaced. Arrived on the early end of the time frame quoted, which is always better than watching and waiting. Even if I implied no rush, he wasted no time. Very professional and nice guy. Keep this guy around.

Cullen and Connor was soo nice and got the job done! They were very professional on time and informative and they work with my schedule will definitely be using them again if any problems come

I had an ongoing plumbing issue to be repaired. 1-Tom was able to get this scheduled the next day. Cullen and Conner were very thorough and explained everything to me in great detail. Extremely professional. Highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!
