Poor communication. Had an aerator rented for 9/14. Sunbelt called and cancelled, so I reserved it again for 9/21. I called Sunbelt today (9/19) asked them to confirm we are good for pick up. They said they had to cancel again. They didn't call me- I had to call them to find out the bad news of the cancellation again. They didn't even offer me a replacement machine even after they cancelled on me twice. Terrible service and full of lies.

Bill Frost is the absolute man. Sunbelt rentals is my official go to. Bill not only went out of his way to track down multiple pumps for an emergency water leak, but he helped me set them up in 95 degree heat. He went above and beyond in every way. I will absolutely be recommending Sunbelt to everyone I can.

They have a pretty simple method going on here. You pull in and go around the parking lot. You walk in and pay for whatever you may need. They walkie-talkie someone outside to get your stuff and by the time you're walking back out to your ride. One of the guys outside is bringing you your stuff with a trailer to haul it on. They hook you up all nice and good and all you're left to do is drive out. The guys inside are friendly and professional. The guys outside are quick and just as professional. Now I must say, from the looks of the machinery around the lot. They have quite th e inventory. Cranes of all sizes excavators with different bucket sizes, hell one even looks like it had a heated cab, they have trenchers, and they have the big trucks to haul with just incase you need one. I've only been here a couple of times and that was with the boyfriend. So if I needed to get some serious equipment, I would definitely recommend these guys!!!

This place is great. Staff is so helpful. They can help you get the right equipment for the job. And I love that if you rent after 2pm Friday you get to use it the whole weekend / or 8 hour run time. For a 1 day charge. No need to rush to complete your project in 1 day.
