I rented a 650 John Deere dozer. When called for the first time asked if they would help cover me for rainy days that was on a Monday sitting there watching the news knowing it is going to rain Tuesday Thursday and Saturday I asked them if they could help a little bit because I would not be able to get the amount of hours done for the job I was needing to do if it kept raining they said oh yeah come on we can help you out so I agreed to all the terms I picked it up Tuesday at noon as it was raining when I picked it up in the end I had 22 hours on a 40-hour rental could not work they did not want to work with me got charged the full amount I rent different equipment year-round I am self-employed they are no help at all they will never see me again as I was a first-time I had to stand firm in front of Gary as he was pretty well calling me a liar when I know exactly what he said and told me the whole time I was negotiating with him needless to say this is December the 11th bad time of year for anybody to be renting most people would not need that thing I do not think there was a desperate call to have that thing back

They extended their gratitude and only charged me for one day and told me to keep it till the following week to complete the job. This type of business and understanding of how things go in the field, is why Vandalia Rental’s has got them a new loyal customer. Thanks for the quality service. Grabbed a blower and wet vac to take care of a water problem at the house. No complaints. Equipment was in good condition. They were helpful at the counter. I felt prices were reasonable.

I recently rented an outdoor patio heater from them and was so pleased with the service. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. They answered all of my questions and even made sure I knew how to use the heater! The staff members even offered suggestions on other items I may need to rent in the future for some of my parties, which gave me some great ideas! I will definitely be back!!!
