Huge thank you to Jacob for helping us pick out our tile. We wanted the white look so we could accent with color on the walls. He helped explain to us all the options. I showed him some inspiration photos, and was able to pull tiles that were almost identical! Very very happy with how our bathroom turned out!
The guy in the warehouse is awesome! He is always willing to help!

Was denied a return today. When I purchased these samples, I was told I could return them. Granted it was more than a year ago, but I wasn't told about the 60 day policy. $100 down the drain for products that are literally still on their shelves. I wouldn't have bought the samples if I had known about the 60 day policy. Not a good way to do business. Don't recommend.

Will post more once I get my tile picked up. My tile was not in stock. And they ordered it for the same week that was nice. Not having to wait a month is always good .

I did a kitchen remodel and had no issues. The tile was timely, I was able to pick it up in my suv and it was the budget I expected. That was in 2022
In 2023 I went to the store with my measurements expecting the same experience. I discussed what I wanted and my budget. I was given a quote that was in my budget and nothing was mentioned about not being able to pick it up in my suv, So after a couple of weeks, I went to pick up y tile and was told it was too heavy and would need to be delivered (no mention of delivery before). So they charged me another 197.00 for the delivery. I paid that and received a call that I needed 2 more bags of grout( another 150.00). So my contractor comes to install and he says there isn't any of the wall tile I said I had.
So I called and there was no wall tile ordered and the budget is now 4 times my original.
Update - I received an email that said I could pick up my tile anytime. I responded, asking if Saturday was OK. The response was yes, it could be picked up any time. So I arrived on Saturday and was told my order was in Oakley. So I had to drive all the way to Oakley. This is ridiculous. I spent a full Saturday afternoon and a half tank of gas to pick up this order. I'll think twice when I get ready to do my next bayhroom.

The best part of shopping at this store besides the amazing selection is Lynn. She guided me through the entire process from start to finish. After many “no I don’t think that will work” she never gave up, never got tired or impatient and always had a smile! It’s employee like Lynn that make a company continue to stay competitive is this new digital world. Thank you again Lynn for your knowledge, kindness and commitment to us finding our new master shower!

The Tile Shop supplied all of the tile for our new home. Lynn was amazing to work with from the designing to the ordering. She made this part of our home building experience so easy! The tile is beautiful. Thank you Lynn and the Tile Shop!

I was very happy with the selection and knowledgeable staff. Trey was very helpful in helping me pick out my back splash. The manager Erika was also very helpful in picking out all the accessories on my second trip back. I would suggest this place to friends.

We've had one heck of a time at the tile shop. The first photo (photo #46) is the color of the tile advertised at the store. While we expected some variation in the color (as is the case in that photo) we did NOT expect as much variation as was given to us as shown in picture #44. If this much variation is normal, the display at the store is extremely misleading and no store associate communicated that. When my wife approached the store about it, they more or less told her "too bad" and it's on us to deal with it. They said they'd give us a small discount if we wanted to buy more so we could get more light colors, but that is, after being so incredibly misled, not nearly enough when you're buying expensive tile for a big bathroom project. We'll never shop here again and spread the word to as many as we know to just go with Home Depot or Lowe's. At least they'll correct a wrong, especially when it's so blatant.
Also, not sure how much this might matter, but this is my first ever negative review about a place of business on any app/social media/etc. I have, up to this point in my life, only given positive reviews and enjoy doing so, especially when we receive top notch service (at a place like Steele's Hometown Tire in Burlington for example). We have never been treated with such disregard before and I just hope this review at least forewarns others before shopping there. Thank you.
