2024: Wiseway Design Showroom - 2-star review - For our second round of bathroom remodels, we returned to Wiseway. Sadly, Caitlin was no longer with the company and our experience was different. Products and selections are still very nice. Delivery folks have been great too. But several errors by the company (not sending items we paid for, sending the wrong item, having us order an item we didn't need, telling us we have to pick up an item from their warehouse and hour away when they made the mistake in not sending the item) led to frustration and a super long extension on our second project. In spite of spending significant money with the company, we were unable to return two small items worth $80 because we missed the return deadline, leaving us with a bad taste at the end. We will not be promoting or returning to Wiseway for future projects. Sadly. 2021: Wiseway Design Showroom - 5-star review - The place to go to select your bathroom remodeling pieces. The showroom provides just the right amount of options; not too few but not too many as to overwhelm you. Here, you will find all the recognized names from the industry. And most importantly, it was a wonderful environment. Caitlin made a stressful process fun and engaging at the showroom and has been very responsive and timely on follow-up communications. She is welcoming and attentive whether you need a single faucet or an entire remodel; she will make you feel like your project is the most important project during the time she is working with you.

I had a very frustrating experience at Wiseway. I arrived at 4:55PM with my two kids to purchase some electrical wire only to discover the only sell electrical wire "over the counter" which closes at 4:30PM, even though Google and other places say they close at 6PM. Two ladies coming out of "over the counter" told me to come back tomorrow, and the front desk person couldn't care less when I asked if there was anyway to buy some wire when I knew exactly what I needed. I work in Cincinnati 7AM-4PM, and Wiseway's limited hours would never allow me buy anything from them. I'm sure the showroom is nice, but for your average home owner their supply hours do not work and makes for a frustrating experience at the end of a long day. A manager or someone else should be able to help for those "after hours customers" who know exactly what they want so they do not risk losing a customer.

I stopped in Wiseway for a master bath remodel and Kristin Carr worked with me until we found the perfect shower and sink fixtures. With supplies down everywhere and a small window on my timeline I didn’t have the luxury to wait, but that didn’t stop Kristin from helping me figure out the perfect pieces for my remodel. She was able to find pieces in stock or available during my timeline that gave me just what I wanted. She was patient and helpful and I really appreciated the one on one attention she provided… even on a very busy Saturday! Thanks Kristin!

Wow! What a great experience. I am remodeling the kitchen and one full bath in a 1920s house. I tried shopping online, at the big box stores, and at the suppliers’ design studios. It seemed that I had to decide between price and service, but I couldn't find both. My kitchen designer recommended I visit Wiseway Lighting and Plumbing in Florence, Kentucky. I was delighted to find they provide wonderful service and excellent prices. The showroom is a very nice combination of attractive displays and product information. The lighting and plumbing fixtures are clearly labeled with manufacturer and pricing information. Special orders are no problem. I was greeted by Kristin and she took the time to listen to my questions and understand my specific needs for plumbing and lighting fixtures. In about an hour, she provided a printed “wish list” of my selections – with pricing. No hard sell tactics – just courteous, professional, and efficient help. That’s the triple crown of customer service and that’s what I received at Wiseway. I highly recommend a visit to their Florence Showroom.
