We are very pleased with our granite kitchen and bathroom countertops. The selection process was exceptionally pleasant. No pressure sales tactics, just guidance. The scheduling and installation were excellent. I very highly recommend Excellence by Nature.
I had high hopes for this business. Management was constantly delaying my job, and making less than truthful statements about the reasons. Ultimately got way overcharged for very subpar work a horrible experience and this is a business that’s best to be avoided.

Our kitchen sink was falling in, but this team was able to build a support system underneath the cabinet and save our kitchen counter from needing to be completely replaced! Woohoo! I feel so lucky to have found this group!

Since they lost their installers they are the worst. They cut all the countertops wrong, messed up my new cabinets by forcing the new countertop in, cut into a low baring wall trying to make their cut fit, the caulking they put in are thick and obvious, put backsplash where it doesn’t belong, messed up my existing plumbing work. The only thing I got out of it was my money back and spent a couple hundred extra fixing their mistakes. Think twice. 2/20/23

Great service from start to finish. Consulted with us on design and installation- so helpful. Gave us all the time needed. First came to them with kitchen remodel, then came back when we need materials for fireplace redesign.

Absolutely TOP NOTCH service! I love the way my countertops turned out it made the kitchen picture perfect! Everything from the help from Sarah picking out the right countertops to the installation went perfectly. I highly recommend using EBN if you're needing new countertops!

Everything was great up to the point of installation and there was damage to my new black stainless steel refrigerator and the installation team refused to accept responsibility. I asked for them to help with half of the cost of the repair which was minimal to what I had paid for the countertops, and they insisted they did not cause the damage and refused any compensation. There is no doubt the damage was caused by them, but if they refuse to accept responsibility there is nothing I could do. There was also damage to the paint on my newly painted cabinets which they did acknowledge but again never offered any compensation. I would not recommend EBN due to their customer service after install.

Very happy with our countertops and tile backsplash. It turned out beautiful! Had a little hiccup in the beginning, but EBN quickly resolved the issue. Sarah and Matt were great to work with and we highly recommend EBN!

Sarah was great! She helped us so much and always listened to our concerns and we never felt pushed into anything. The guys installing are very good at their job and professional. The tile guy John Morris did an awesome job. Well use them and again and I highly recommend EBN !!
