Great prices....very professional...very responsive....and great work. All others from Lex- Georgetown area quted me almost twice the price for kit glass replacement for a French door busted with a rock by a trimer. Still an expensive repair from a rock but at least it's fixed and at a way better price then most:) I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again if needed!
Needed some new windows screens made and some repaired. What a task to find someone who makes and repairs screens. Allison-Collins Glass Works took on my task and did a great job. They has also replaced glass shelves for me with outstanding results. I do recommend them for everything glass. A little high but worth every penny.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. From the first time I called to get an estimate to the time I finally got my estimate took a month. They said they would come out twice and didn't. When I called the third time the guy on the phone was very rude and unpleasant. He said they were busy and doing the best they could. Normally, I would understand, but I would also have expected and appreciated a phone call when they didn't come instead of two no-call no-shows and attitude. Then when he finally did come, he called me at 6:15 a.m. and said he would be there in five minutes. This was well before their normal business hours, and I think he was trying to make a point. Ultimately, their price was the lowest, so I paid half down deposit on 11/24/22, and was told it would be approximately 2 weeks. Two months later, on January 24, 2023 I called to check on the status of my order. They said my materials were in and they could come 1/30/23. I asked how long my materials had been in and I was told the beginning of January, which was three weeks before I called. I'm not sure how long they would have waited to call and get me on their schedule had I not called them first. It still remains to be seen if they will come on 30th. From start to finish it has taken me 3 months and multiple phone calls to get my windows repaired. If you are in no particular hurry, and have the time to follow-up with them multiple times to ensure the project is followed through on, this company might be the right fit for you. If you expect them to show up when they say, and follow through on the timelines they give, then you should probably consider a different company.

Allison-Collins Glass installed a shower enclosure in our home omitting the knee wall contrary to my specific request to have it included. We were not given an opportunity to see the design work until after the job was complete nor was I, one of the home owners, ever consulted about the job at all. When I contacted Mike about coming back to fix the error he advised there would be an additional $1100 charge on top of the $2600 already remitted for the job. While the enclosure was done well in terms of craftsmanship, the design did not meet expectations, the company was neglectful during the planning phase, and customer service after the sale was absent.

Called yesterday morning for them to look at a cracked storm window and they were out before noon to assess. Gave me a very reasonable price to replace the glass and had it installed before the end of the day. I work with numerous contractors being in the property management industry and they certainly made the process easy, efficient and provided great customer service. Highly recommend!
