Instant Aire came to my house for a free cleaning and noticed that my A/C was leaking Freon badly. They did the work professionally and quickly. It is a bit expensive but I don't have much to compare it to when it comes to cost. They do have 0% interest payment plans which helps with the financial strain.
Very professional and their support for veterans and first responders is an even better bonus! The tech took care of business within just 20 minutes! Highly recommended!!

The day started with an expectation that we needed to gain service for the AC. You know what it like. The heat of summer coming. What could it be.
The call was made. Immediately the response and service started to be superior. The repair sowed early. Was efficient clearly explained the issues offered options and suggested a course of action that was best for our home.
Decision was made an install team showed up within hours with parts and worked until completed.
The warranty and follow on service for the next ten years s included

Our A/C went out suddenly and a tech was there within 2 hours of my call. He was friendly, courteous, and had the problem diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Had a control board on my furnace replaced on 12/20/23. Cost $784.00. On Jan 14th 2024 woke up to a cold house. Furnace not working. Called this company twice to report the problem. As of this review, (1/16/24), I have not had a call back from them. Run don't walk. High prices and zero service.

My mother, who is a senior citizen hasn’t had a very good experience with this place They have been out three times to make repairs and for the most part they get the issue resolved on a furnace that is under warranty. This time the service man was at her place for a hour and a half making repairs to the unit, just to be told before leaving that the thermostat needs to be replaced and the cost to do that would be $300.00!! THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace a thermostat The service man forgot to reattach the service panel to the unit, left and she still has no heat. The customer service definitely needs work.
