Chris was incredibly professional and timely. The quote supplied by Mr Handyman was incredibly competitive. I got figures from two places and Mr handyman was substantially lower than my other quote for the same project. They also had a one week lead time for the project versus the 6-8 weeks lead time quoted by the mitigation company. Don’t have a great before picture (lol my wife took it and I was trying to not be peeved about the mess) but our cabinets were ripped out, and floor stripped down to subfloor due to water damage. We had them put new luan, underlayment, and flooring in our kitchen where we had water damage under our sink. They then put back the cabinet that was salvageable, a new one, and reinstalled our sink, garbage disposal, and reinstalled our dishwasher, (we’re going to re-paint the cabinet and install hardware ourselves). Really fast, really affordable, very friendly, professional, great customer service. They’ve won my business for all small to medium projects I want to hire out for in the future.
I recently called Mr Handyman to fix some damaged soffit on my house. The team was quick to respond to my call and were able to make the repairs the following day. They provide handy updates via text to confirm the appointment, and announce their technicians upcoming arrival, including a photo of the tech. Their technician, Donald, worked quickly to handle the problem, cleaned up, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. He additionally looked at some other jobs to quote and I look forward to using Mr Handyman to complete them.

Had some siding come off my roof after a nasty wind storm. Called and was scheduled that same week. My handyman was very timely, had great communication & checked into any other future issues regarding the same problem.

Although arriving later then we had been notified on both days, when our Mr. Handyman Chris did arrive. he was extremely friendly. knowledgeable and worked diligently, making the needed repairs to our home exterior. He ran out of timr on the last part of the job which I am currently sanding and finishing myself. Overall. my husband and I are quite satisfied and feel his repair work was well worth the money.
We do have a question about the open seam on the new exterior doorframe that Chris installed, where it meets the wood siding, (see photos). Do we need to caulk this area and paint it? We would like that last detail explained to us.
We feel we paid for the job to be completed, ot partially completed
