The Orkin team from Florence Ky was awesome. We had squirrels in our 3rd floor attic crawl space. It was a very tight place and very difficult to reach but they did it! The guys went above and beyond the usual to help us. They did the work lying down as it was impossible to stand or even kneel. We now have a clean, no critter, new insulation attic. They also placed heavy wire mesh so that the critters could not return. Each person involved was kind and competent and respectful. We paid extra for a 5 year guarantee that if any sign of intrusion presents they would return and fix it. I hope that we don't need that but trust that they will be there if we do. I highly recommend this team.

Devin Turney sprayed my home twice for a flea problem we were unaware of when buying a new home. He was very courteous and flexible with working around my schedule. Also was able to give me tips on pest control going forward! Will definitely use Orkin in the future for any pest control needs.

Just had my first treatment by Orkin in florence, so far they are already doing more than the previous company we used! They were very informative through the entire process and what to expect! I definitely think I will be sticking with this company!

Tech was very professional and personable.
He was on time and contacted us before coming to the house.
Time will tell if the “pest” problem is taken care of.

They don't offer payment plans, theydidn't show up at the appointment time. The showed up the next day randomly after they were told to call me. They really just try to get your money, they're overpriced and on top of all of that they try to push a protection plan on you after you tell them that you can't afford the two grand in the first place. The inspector was nice but you could tell he was just trying to gain a client and he didn't seem that knowledgeable in what he was sent there to do.

The technician Stephen was great. Told me about what he was doing before he did each step and what everything he applied does to eliminate all if the little critters. He made me feel like I mattered and that he cared and not that he was just doing this for a paycheck. Interacted with my pets and really showed compassion about his job.
