TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE WORK!!! Just to name a few of the MANY issues I had - told it would take 2 weeks and it took 2 months, color match to current hardwood was extremely off and they laid it anyways and when I asked them to fix it they made me find my own color match and purchase and pick up myself and wanted to charge for a second install fee, hardwood was laid exactly how I stated to them twice I DID NOT want it done and was promised twice it would be done they way I wanted, but was not, my walls and baseboards etc were extremely DAMAGED and DENTED, seams in carpet are terrible, carpet not cut laid correctly in many areas, gaps/uneven edges and cracks in new hardwood that was laid and the OWNER and RECEPTIONIST were VERY RUDE and would not even answer our phone calls to discuss the issues much less try to fix anything or make anything right. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and I encourage you to take your business elsewhere if you want quality flooring and quality customer service.

Very disappointed!! Loose molding (moveable ). Vent cover no longer fits as they didn't cut the hole big enough. I paid them $ 1600. Cash for my medium sized living room and they did it while I was sleeping. The female who runs the "office' (owner's wife) is EXTREMELY rude when she finally decides to answer the phone. I will not ever do business with them again.
