We redid our kitchen and Jon and Mike came out to measure and discuss. We increased the cabinet and counter space! Changed the drawers to suite my needs. Then I stopped in later and they showed me a 3D image of my layout and design. The install is up to you. As far as contractors go, I highly recommend you educate yourself before hiring a contractor. They may have contractors to recommend but still always do your homework. I have recommended them several times and just now realized I probably didn’t leave a review. I highly recommend this company for your cabinet purchases.

Mine was an online order. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. Apparently there is only one guy that handles online orders and he only works part-time. My order (from May 2022) came in wrong. I was told that the remaining cabinets would be shipped "any day now" for months. I always had to call and nobody ever contacted me with status updates. When I tried to escalate to management in August, nobody ever called me despite repeated requests. I was told two weeks ago that the delay was 2 backordered cabinets, so I cancelled the 2 cabinets. I was supposed to get a refund check in the mail and the remaining cabinets were supposedly shipped 2 weeks ago. neither the check, nor the cabinets have arrived and nobody bothered to call me to explain why. When I finally happened to talk to the owner on the phone today, he hung up on me because I "didn't listen" when he told me to call back tomorrow. I did not curse or insult the man, but I tried to tell him about my extremely poor customer service over the past several months. If you are lucky enough to have no issues, the cabinets are nice. That being said, there are several other companies with better reviews that sell these exact cabinets. If you do have issues, this company DOES NOT CARE and WILL NOT work to resolve problems. The owner himself will not intervene to make things right. The owner himself will just tell you to talk to the guy that has been giving you the run-around for four months. I have waited four months for cabinets that STILL have not arrived and the owner just told me to "Call back tomorrow." I am sick and tired of dealing with a company who does not care about resolving a problem.

I’ve reached out to this company on several occasions over the past few months without a response. We had their cabinetry installed in our new construction home in late December 2017. I’ve requested someone come by and realign my cabinetry since it was not properly installed. I’m willing to pay for it! But I have not gotten so much as a courtesy of a reply. I will say they did not install my cabinetry, our builder did. However, since we ordered our cabinets from them, I prefer they install so it can be done right this time (not all cabinets/drawers but a few). Again, since the install was not their fault, I don’t blame them and will pay for the service. What I’m upset about is that I’m ignored and they’re not responsive at all.

Highly recommend finding someone else. While these cabinets were cheaper then other places, they were still a good chunk of money. They quality seems to be lacking. I have 4 doors at are messed up with chunks taken out on 2 of the 4. There’s also substantial wood cracks on the side panels. The owner came down to look at the damage and said he’d be ordering a bunch of things to make them look better. That was over a month ago and they will no longer answer my phone calls and haven’t been back to fix anything. In that time, another door is now chipping. Quality is lacking but the customer service aspect is absolutely HORRIBLE and even just on that alone I’d suggest taking your money elsewhere. I even hid my number and they answered but when I said hello they hung up immediately. I called right back and had my number visible and they would no longer answer. Do not use this company. It’s a sad way to do business.

Had a pretty large project including kitchen, bathroom, and wet bar. Jon came right out to measure and worked with us on the design. Ordered the hardware through them as well. Manufacturer took a while to get all of the cabinets in but Jon and Mike worked with us and made it right which was awesome. All rooms look great - happy with the finished product.

Would I recommend them? Yes, but with a caveat. When we received our cabinets, they came with no shipping protection and only one guy to lift them all. Two of them were damaged to the point that we were afraid they would blow out after installation (significant cracks in wood). To their credit, Express Cabinets replaced them pretty quickly after I called. However, the replacements also had issues. Some of the brackets that hold the cabinets together were screwed all the way through the wood, leaving holes showing on the painted sides. They attempted to fill the holes and use touch up paint, but you can still see it. And since we already had the other cabinets installed while waiting on the replacements, one of the flawed cabinets was slated to go on the outside exposed edge. We weren't going to take all the cabinets down just to re-arrange them so we could hide the flaw, so now I can see the patched up holes every time I look at it. Maybe other people won't notice, but I will. They also screwed the shelves to the moveable support brackets, making them unable to adjust and leaving holes in the shelves after unscrewing them. Since they let us keep the first cabinets they messed up, we just switched the shelves out with the old ones. Problem solved. Unfortunately for us, we assumed the replacement cabinets would be ok and didn't inspect them on pickup. Ultimately, we decided to live with the cosmetic imperfections rather than hold up our kitchen remodel again on a second round of replacements, and risk them not being correct either. We did not call Express Cabinets to inform them of the second round of issues, so I am unable to say how or if they would have remedied the issue. We were kind of just over it by this point. It's disappointing to spend good money on something to not have it done correctly though. The cabinets are better quality and definitely better priced than what you would get at Lowes. They are wood cabinets...not particle board. In that regard, we are happy overall. However, Express Cabinets appears to have some issues with delivery and workmanship. If you are on a budget and can live with some inconvenience and cosmetic imperfections, and want something a step above particle board from Lowes, then I recommend them. Make sure you inspect the cabinets upon delivery with a company rep present, and take pictures of any damage. But if you are even a little bit of a perfectionist and budget isn't a concern, then go somewhere else.

What can I say about the guys at Express Cabinets Store? They worked with me to get the exact cabinet arrangement I needed. Not only that, but they did a great job keeping it within my budget. As with any major project, there were some bumps along the way, but John and Mike worked hard and in the end cleared these hurdles and delivered an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in both product and service! Would I recommend Express Cabinet Store to a friend? Absolutely!

I bought a house 2 years ago that needed a lot of remodeling so I've dealt with many different service companies. This company by FAR was the absolute best company and best experience I've EVER had. Jack and Mike are awesome, very helpful and were always available when I needed help. Jack helped me find options when I was having problems with my contractor, delivered a great product ahead of schedule, helped me find cabinet pulls much cheaper than any other place I looked and has been there every step of the way until the job was done. I'm loving my beautiful cabinets and will refer everybody I can to this company!!

Ordered $9800.00 worth the Cabinets and have had nothing but problems getting the correct cabinets to our new build. We still don't have the correct cabinets, which set us back over a week on our build. Customer Service is lacking in our opinion, and I would highly suggest you do yourself a favor and look to other professional cabinet companies.

My husband & I contacted John Walton about cabinets for our new home at the beginning of the summer. He was patient, helpful, prompt, & guiding for all of our (many) needs & questions. Our cabinets are OUTSTANDING! My husband's uncle is a contractor, & marveled at how wonderful they look & the quality of the cabinets themselves. You know you've got the best when a contractor says so! In fact, our electrician was also so impressed, that he asked for the company's name & number & he will be using them in the future, too. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality & the look & the PRICE! I'll recommend them all day long!

John and his crew have done and great job for us. I have a property management company and can tell you the cabinets they sell are a way higher quality at the roughly the same price that the big box stores sell their cheap in-stock cabinets that fall apart under normal use or quicker if the bottom gets wet. Service is great. Cabinets arrived on time. Once had issue with hardware not coming in, may have been out of their control, but they stepped up and made it right with honest talk and no excuses. Will gladly keep doing business with them.

Ordering cabinets from Express Cabinets Store was anything but express. Our experience was not a good one. One that I would not want to repeat. One that I would not want others to go through. The problem may have been their supplier, but it brought about anxiety, worry, inconvenience and frustration.
