The team at IHD was very helpful and professional. We had drywall installed in our basement as well as moving a door opening and framing in a closet. Michael Adkins was part of our install team and did an amazing job of keeping us well informed throughout the whole processes. He really went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of.
We brought IHD and Sidney to our house to give a quote of a project. We were very impressed with Sidney and the work he put into the quote. I would highly recommend any project you have at your house to give IHD a chance.

Such an amazing job! They built a hip roof with six 1/2 brick posts. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Brad and Stanley were great to work with and went above and beyond. Communication, attention to detail, and friendliness are definitely things Integrated Home Design exemplifies!

We had a great experience with IHD and thought they did a fantastic job. In just 3 weeks they removed a wall, refinished hardwood floors, replaced 12 windows and built an entire covered deck for us. Travis, Kyle, Brad, Nick and Johnny were great to work with and always had a solution to our requests. We got to know several of their employees because they didn't sub any of the project out. Plumber, electrician, flooring, drywall, hvac, framers...they had them all available and on staff. No waiting around and they worked hard. We had been delaying the projects for years because we kept getting high quotes, but IHD was fair with the pricing and exceeded our expectations!

Project impossible. We recently moved into a home with no railing going downstairs. We were stuck with trying to find a solution to protect our kids but ALSO not make the space look boarded up or like a prison. Danny Johnson and Michael Aldendorf came out and was presented with many obstacles and worked around them to find solutions. The overall end look is not what we designed but better than I imagined. They removed the old railing for me and cleaned up to make it look like they were never even here. Overall 5 stars for Danny and Mike. Thank you guys for coming and creating peace of mind for our family.

Great job! Beautiful bathroom. Cody Martin & Mike Aldendorf We're on the ball workers, on time & nose to the grind. They were top notch. Also Stacy the drywall guy is an artist. Jamie the plumber took extra time to get things right. All in all, they took excellent care of us & any questions or concerns were immediately answered & taken care of. I highly recommend Integrated & wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

From drab to fab. Integrated turned our living room into a cozy, updated oasis in 7 business days. They went above and beyond trying to accommodate our needs. The office crew was patient and helped guide us along the way. The construction crew rolled with all the punches and unforeseen scenarios during the renovation. Brad, Mike, Wesley, Michael and Cody along with the flooring/stone crew were personable and worked their tails off to make something out of nothing. We will be using them again for our future projects.

We had a walk-in shower installed in place of the tub/shower in our small (5'x7') bathroom & the floor redone. Unlike Bath Fitter, they would also do the floor. We had been unsuccessful in getting anyone to do just the floor, it was too small a job. Overall, it was a good job that was in the middling price range & the final product is great. Still, there were issues, especially poor communications. They could never email both my wife & I or call the right one.
- We were told a 10 week lead time & they held to that, a relief since we'd put 50% down, but they said they'd gather all the materials during that time. They didn't. The job was delayed almost a day by the installer picking up materials at Lowe's & Home Depot. The flooring barely arrived in time on the third day.
- We were told "Our Crew", a singular group of employees. Instead there were two crews of subcontractors which led to confusion.
- No floor protection was put down or even offered, even though that was part of the sales pitch. Floor cleaning never went beyond the bathroom. Some stuff was tracked onto carpet & dining room floor by the tear out crew. It wasn't much.
- The drain was an issue that had been brought up multiple times. They just couldn't seem to keep it in mind or get it right. It was the subject of emails & personal conversations with both salesmen that came on site & the tear out crew, but the installer was obviously unaware of it. He took care of it, though.
- The tear out crew didn't communicate the need for shut off valves to install crew. John/Jason or whoever I spoke to Monday afternoon didn't communicate the need for the shut off valves either & said they would.
- Tear out didn't tear drywall off walls which the installer had to do. The tear-out crew weren't sure whether they should or not, so they should have called it in. Actually, they should have sent in pictures & gotten approval before leaving.
- The tear out crew left mid-morning on Monday & told us the install crew would be on site before noon, but when we finally talked to someone late in the afternoon after multiple calls, we were told they were picking up supplies. They didn't show until after 10am because they were picking up supplies Tuesday morning, too. These were supposed to have been readied during the 10 week wait time, but they were scrambling to find them during the install. The flooring barely made it to the site in time to be installed.
- They didn't get a shower curtain bar, but wanted me to pay for the job & said they'd put it in later. Since the shower can't be used without one, I wouldn't give them the check until all was done. They found one at a nearby Lowe's & finished the job before leaving Wednesday early evening.
- Things got better after first morning. The installer picked up a nicer cover for accessing the shut off valves which was above & beyond. He also worked with my wife on the shower head & hose which should have already been purchased. He was a very nice guy & did good work, but I suspect the job quality varies by the subcontractor. Certainly the tear-out crew wasn't very good. I recommend hanging on to the final payment until the job is completely finished.

I cannot speak highly enough about IHD as a company! They don’t subcontract out people so the project was completed on time, was organized, high quality, and they kept us involved throughout the whole process. We had our kitchen and both bathrooms remodeled so we had a lot of people in/out of the house during the project time. But each employee treated our home and space with respect so the interactions never felt awkward! As with any home renovation, we ran into human errors, but they were promptly fixed and not at our expense. Michael (the project manager) made sure to see each phase of the renovation through, in person. Even stayed late himself on many days until the project was completed. And if he couldn’t be there, Stephen was just as committed! As someone who isn’t handy, the fact that IHD has employees with their own specialties was impressive and gave me comfort that the job was being done by a group of professionals working together, each putting their own pieces in to create perfection. Alongside Michael and Stephen, Denver (plumbing), Jamie, Marcelo (Tile work), Nick (electric), Wesley, and Elias all played huge parts in the project’s success and we will definitely use them again! Thank you for helping make our house more of a home.

Mike and his team (Micheal and Grady) were punctual and professional, and worked incredibly hard to give me a beautiful new bathroom.
I have an older home, so we had a few setbacks the first day from discovering wood rot under my bathroom window, along with a nest of carpenter ants! However, this did not discourage the team. The rest of the week went smoothly, even as the holidays quickly approached. After the job was finished, I noticed a rough spot in the drywall, which Mike was happy to come back and fix.
This review would not be complete without mentioning the wonderful Jason. He’s new to IHD, but he is a keeper! I’m a young woman who had to learn a lot about the equipment I would need to provide, and Jason was happy to help. His interpersonal communication skills are excellent, likely due to his background in social work. I would not have been nearly as comfortable during this process without his help!
This was my first remodel and I will definitely use IHD in the future, along with recommending them to my friends and family. I’m happy have a bathroom to be proud of. It has been a pleasure—thanks a bunch!

Cody Martin and his crew were awesome. They helped a dream come true with bathroom remodel. My wife is paraplegic and our bathroom is now wheelchair accessible. Thank for the great work

IHD did a great job on our full bathroom remodel! From start to finish it only took 1 week! Then when a small issue came up later they were there the same day to fix the problem. Very professional and Michael Adkins does excellent work! The new shower and ceiling look especially nice!
