We are very happy with our new walk in shower! Casey, our design consultant, was very pleasant and patient with us while we were trying to decide on our design and she stayed even longer for our scheduled appointment so that we didn’t feel rushed. Camron M. and Thomas K. did an exceptional job with the installation. They both worked so hard all day long and kept me informed throughout the whole process. These guys do a lot of heavy lifting and a lot of bending and working on their knees all day long and I hope they know how much they are appreciated for their hard work. Thank you all!
Great job. They cleaned up after themselves better than I expected. They made our bathroom look so much better. They asked us along the way how we wanted things. In particular, they confirmed with us how high we wanted the shower head. They showed up on time and got right to work. I asked them mid morning about when they thought they would be done. They hit that time within 5 minutes. Great guys on the team also - Ryan A, Zach J and Matt W were wonderful. Thank you for doing such a great job guys!

This is the second time West Shore has done something for us. We are so pleased with this company. Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. We have nothing but high praises for this company. Trevor J and Michael W were extremely courteous and knowledgeable about their jobs. I would want them for any projects we use West Shore again.

We had our bath/shower replaced and we cannot be happier with the entire process. From getting a quote until the end of installation, everyone was friendly and answered all questions! Ryan A. And Matt H. were our installers and they did a great job! They were very professional, timely, explained everything, were thorough and left the bathroom clean! And the finished shower/bath looks great!
For something I had been dreading and putting off, Westshore made it all so easy! I would highly recommend them and if we ever need any other service they offer, they will be our first call!

Justin and his helper did an excellent job installing my walk in shower! They were very experienced! They ask for my help in where the grab bars needed to be placed for my convenience and safety! They involved me in all aspects of the extra add on. They thoroughly explained all information related to the shower to me! I am enjoying my new shower and
would recommend West Shore Homes to my family and friends!!

I could not be happier with my new shower. The two men that came (Matt H. And Thomas S) were friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. They also performed their clean up very well. Highly recommend for your next bathroom remodel. Quality products were used as well. Thanks again!

Tyler T. And Ryan R. Did a fantastic job removing are old sliding glass door and installing the new one. Very professional and courtesie workers. We are extremely happy with the whole process of purchasing and installation of the door.

The folks at West Shore Bath are super friendly, they are knowledgeable of the product that they are selling and believe in that product. Sophia, our design consultant listened to what we wanted didn't try to talk us into more than what was needed or wanted and made it happen, just as we asked. The day of installation they were due to arrive between 8am and 10am and was there at 9a. David and Koko were the installers and they did a wonderful job. Very polite and efficient. They went over my service order before they started and made sure that we were on the same page before starting the job. I would definitely recommend WSB to do your bath remodel

My new replacement shower experience was phenomenal! Sean S and Josh S exceeded my expectations! They were very professional and friendly. They kept me informed every step of the way during the process by asking if I had any questions! They ensured I was completely satisfied with the shower upon completion. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience has been with our remodeling. Our home advisor Bill B. was informative and patient in regards to what options we had and what was cost effective for our budget. Our installation team of John R. and Thomas S. were friendly, respectful, and thorough. The finished product is amazing. I never dreamed I could have a remodel in 1 day. Our project included 2 bathrooms and Tyler P., Michael S., and Thomas S. completed the job in one day. They were professional, skilled and knowledgeable. We have used West Shore for 2 other projects and will definitely use them in the future.

We had our bath removed from our Mobile Home and a shower installed. They were here within 8 days to do the project. We are so pleased with the work and the professionalism of the 2 guys that installed it, Jordan and Dave.

Thomas S. and Hayden B. were the installers on my new walk in shower. They showed up on time and ready to work. They explained what they would be doing and got right to it. They ran into a couple of issues with this being and older house but didn’t stop and completed the job in a timely manner. They explained everything they did and cleaned up after. They were both professional and very hard workers. I would definitely recommend this crew and West Shore to anyone wanting a bathroom refresh.

We are very happy with our experience with West Shore. Our techs Matt W and Matt H did a very professional job of installing our new shower.
I let them know that we have a dog of special needs that has issues with seeing/ depth perception and the went out of their way not to startle her in any way. I would recommend West Shore if someone is looking to have the same thing done. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because we were not called prior to them arriving.

Michael and Landon are the absolute best. They were punctual, professional, polite and answered all questions fully without hesitation or questions. Top notch. If I could give more than 5 stars for them I definitely would. They even solved a problem I had in another bathroom that your company installed several years ago. Absolute great service and great guys
