We highly recommend Anderson & Rodgers. The remodel and expansion of our 75+ year old home was extensive, but the A&R team produced a result that we are thrilled with. Our project manager, Bill Egan, was communicative, detail-oriented, and perhaps most importantly for first-time remodelers like us, patient. And Shana Baum was instrumental in translating our design ideas into reality - and truly, created something more beautiful and functional than we had imagined. We love our home and it wouldn't have happened without Bill, Shana and the A&R team.

After Hurricane Ian damaged our home we needed extensive repairs. We consider ourselves fortunate to have contracted with Anderson&Rodgers. We found them to be very professional, fair priced, prompt, dependable, and responsive. Communication was never a problem (rare in this area). Teddy Rodgers and Brent Anderson were always pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I enthusiastically recommend them for any construction or repair needs you might have. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Anderson & Rodgers Construction came highly recommended to me from a friend who had previously contracted with them on a home project. Although they were not the low bid, I selected them for the construction of my garage/shop building and have no regrets in doing so. I found them to be very professional, but at the same time easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Although my building is completed I continue to receive calls and texts checking on how things are going. Although my construction plans were very good they made some recommendations and adjustments along the way that improved the quality and appearance of my building. The change order process was simple and almost immediately it would be posted on their website. From beginning to end photos were posted on the website as well as the contract agreement, change orders, payment draws, etc, which is password protected. I highly recommend them to others, especially for larger projects that requires top quality construction and good onsite inspections and as noted above advice for improving your plans.

We work in the real estate industry and know a lot of fabulous contractors in this area, but when we decided to renovate our garage into a carriage house for guests, we went with Anderson & Rodgers. Teddy Rodgers spearheaded the project and used top-quality subcontractors who were fast and efficient, while providing quality work. We can't say enough positive things about Anderson & Rodgers. Teddy answered the phone when we called, he delivered when he said he would and the final product is amazing. We are so happy with his work and would recommend him time and again to our friends and clients.
