I don’t review things often , but $225.00 for basically a service call is high way robbery.
Dumb me didn’t check the GFI in garage when landscape lighting wouldn’t come on, so it was a matter of less than 5 minutes.
I understand service call, hourly rate and prices are up on everything. I expected service call maybe 80 on high end and even an hour…… but $225 dollars made me feel taken advantage of. The technician is great, have even used them before, so sorry it went down this way.
Outstanding experience with dixon electric. They arrive when they say they’re going to, and do a great job. Also, very competitively priced. Thank you Ricky!

Two men came out to install several outlets in our old house. They ran conduit along the wall and up to the new boxes but the junctions in the conduit had large gaps in them. It was unacceptable. After several calls to the main office with pictures of the job, someone came out on the weekend to repair the badly done job.

I had a great experience with Dixon this week. They came out and gave me a free estimate on some work that needed to be done. The price was fair and schedule was good. Please consider Dixon for your electrical needs.

I called Dixon electric in a time of great need. Our house had been struck by lightning and I needed help quickly. They were at our home within an hour and worked diligently to ensure our safety and get us back up and running. Can't thank them enough!

Alex and his apprentice did a great job today! They were efficient, pleasant, explained their process and were careful not to damage any walls when bringing in a HUGE ladder. I would definitely recommend their service and will use in the future if needed.
