We used Bryant’s for our wedding linen and dinner rentals and they Bryant’s team was incredibly professional and responsive. Cannot recommend Bryant’s and Melissa enough, she was so helpful!

I can not say enough about the kindness we received from the workers the moment we walked in the door they were so great they helped us rent the right equipment for the job and even helped us load it up, if you need equipment this is the place to go! 100 stars! Thank you Bryant's for making my move that much easier!

I experienced a problem with the equipment I rented - I fear this was more user error than anything. The staff was very receptive, even coming to my house to help give more instruction and help with the equipment. Highly rated.

Everyone was super nice. Called and they had the brush mower I needed. Stopped by, loaded it for me, and off I went. Unloaded it for me when I returned it.

It is easy to get good reviews when things go well. What happens when things go wrong sets the good apart from the bad. Our wedding was on Saturday. It was a barn wedding. There was intermittent rain. The table cloths we rented were put in a bag as directed on Sunday. The table cloths were picked up by Bryant on Monday. According to Bryant mildew had made the table cloths unusable and they levied a huge fine. According to FEMA mildew takes 24 to 48 hours to start forming. Bryant probably threw the bag in a corner till mid-week before they opened it. At that time there would be mildew aplenty . Bryant would not accept ownership of the problem. Buyer beware!
