We had a great experience here in had very helpful employees! We just redid our bathroom or actually are in the process of it. We were able to get all of our tile both for the floor the shower and everything else that we needed there at reasonable prices!
Everyone at Floor & Decor is so welcoming and helpful. I worked with Design Supervisor, Jolynn Howard, for our new home build. I can't rave about her enough! She is a top-notch professional who is kind, patient, and brings expertise & experience to help you make the best selections for your home & style. I rarely leave reviews but had to give her a shout out! Thank you Jolynn!

We are having our bathroom shower retiled and our contractor told us about Floor and Decor. We brought an extra piece of the tile we wanted to try and match or blend with. We received excellent help from Carly who pointed us to the right place, answered all our questions, has a good eye for color and helped find all the other necessary items we needed. She also asked Mikey, a design consultant, to give us his opinion when we were somewhat stuck on different tiles and helped with picking the best color of grout. We are extremely pleased with both Carly and Mikey for giving us such excellent service and to Floor and Decor for their amazing selections of tile.

The place is massive! Normally that's a good thing but in my case it wasn't. I was looking for a specific tile for a backsplash and I had no idea where to look because there were so many samples to choose from it seemed like I was looking for a needle in a haystack. Finding someone to help me took too long and that cost a star.
On the other hand, if you are looking for ideas or possibilities then this is definitely the place to go.

Me and my wife have been to 3 different tile places. This had the most selection by far. The main reason I’m writing this review is Austin. He knew everything about tile. Best service we had in 2 days so we bought from here. I hope he’s paid accordingly Floor and Decor!

I had a wonderful experience at Floor and Decor. I was on 03/21/2024. I was helped by a gentleman named Deonta. He was very knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect wood for my floors. And he then helped me take it out to my vehicle and load it. He was so pleasant and helpful. I will be coming back if I ever need anything for my home.

My husband and I visit Floor & Decor frequently. Their products never disappoint and the staff are always so friendly! Deontae Porter in particular is who we look for anytime we go. He is very knowledgeable about the products and installation process as well. His customer service is OUTSTANDING! He is one of the reasons we don’t to return to Floor & Decor.

Wonderful store! Very organized and fully stocked with all the things you could need for your next project. We are working on our kitchen and came here to find a backsplash. They had some great options and the ability to see your choices in your own space virtually. It doesn't matter what project you are working on next; definitely check this place out. The only thing they could improve on is the sign layout in the store. When you walk in, there are signs everywhere, and they all cover each other, making it very difficult to find exactly what you are looking for right off the bat. Luckily the staff are knowledgeable and can help you navigate the store.
