I had used them in the past for a move and they were fantastic but DO NOT have them move a pool table if you want it to be completely put back together. I had purchased a fully assembled and operational pool table and used them to move it from the seller's home to my house. They disassembled the table and brought it to my house in pieces. They reassembled it but stated that the felt would have to be put on by a professional. I didn't know that the felt would have to be removed completely and had I known I would've hired a pool table company for the move. In addition to the $550 I paid for the move I will be out another $300 for a company to come and put the felt and rails back on that they removed. The movers were nice but the office staff is borderline hostile when trying to solve any issues. Any future moves that I have I will choose another company to do it. *The first picture is of the table when I purchased it and the others are how it was left at my house.

We moved Jan 13 2024. The estimate they gave was off by over $200. When I called the woman said it's only a estimate. I said we'll, why didn't anyone look at what had to be moved? Her answer, you could have asked for in house estimate. How was I suppose to know. I explained my first move from NY to Kentucky was spot on not a penny more. They damaged my kitchen table and my sleep number bed. I specifically asked don't put the bed together if you don't know how and the mover said I watched a you tube video. My husband's side does not move and is completely sunk in. They dismantled my son's bed into about 100 pieces. This is why they probably went over the time. They moved 4 kitchen chairs, a kitchen table, bookcase, couch, TV stand, 1 TV, 2 dresser nightstand, 2 beds, and a desk. 15 items and it was a horrible experience. I sent a email per my conversation last week and it is over a week later, Jan 28 and no one has called back. Stay away at all costs
