IPM has always done a great job for me. Have been using them for 6 years. Their technicians are always polite, professional and knowledgeable.
I hired IPM to do a pest inspection on a home we are buying. Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to work us in quickly. The technician was prompt and did a thorough job. He also gave an excellent recommendation for us to PROACTIVELY spray for termites as the house had been treated prior, but after 10 + years an infestation can reoccur! Once we close we will follow that proactive recommendation. If you have pests or need an inspection, give IPM a call. You will NOT be disappointed. 10/10 recommend!!!

My first time using this company. Nick called me before arrival and very informative. I like how convenient the company accommodates work schedules and stating if any problems, they will make it right. So far, so good.

Very professional and thorough. They took the time to check my house for areas where bugs could be coming in and gave me ideas of how to improve. Their treatment has worked really well and I can tell the difference. The technician who came to my property, Seth, was amazing. He was professional and informative.

IPM has been a great company to work with at our new home. Seth has done a great job corralling our mouse problem--friendly and willing to go beyond doing the usual to answer my questions and exlplain their quarterly service. Similar good experience with termite prevention services and staff. Their prices are reasonable and service was always scheduled without delay.

IPM was highly professional, got back to our online request quickly, and was at our house within the week to help us take care of an ant problem. Seth was great to work with and did a great job explaining the process, what to expect, and putting us at ease with the treatment. Would highly recommend their services!

I’ve been using IPM since 2019 and I’ve been very happy with their services. I enjoy that we have the same tech, Seth, who completes our service and knows our home. Seth has done a great job for us, is friendly and explains anything patiently.
