Just had our first treatment and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The young man who came to the house yesterday to set up the service was great..friendly, high-energy, explained everything, and was super excited that we chose a local company (instead of a national chain). He also gave us a fantastic deal! The customer service people I've talked with so far (I had a few questions before the technician arrived today) were very friendly and quick to respond. Brenden, out technician, just left and he was fantastic!! Did a very thorough job spraying inside and outside, explained everything thoroughly, made sure my all questions were answered, asked if there was anything else we needed before he left, and he was very friendly and personable. In a world where customers are treated like a number and customer service has become bland and 'assenbly-line', this is definitely a company of rock stars!!..and if there was a rating higher than 5 stars, I'd definitely give it to them!!
Adam came when scheduled and gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. He asked questions to help guide him in areas to treat and listened to my answers. He also answered all of my many questions clearly. As an unexpected part of the service, he cleaned out all my basement cobwebs that I hadn’t found time to take care of! I very much appreciated his professional, friendly service!
Zeke came out to do the 30 day follow up. He called ahead, was prompt, answered all my questions and did a thorough job! I continue to be very pleased with the service and results from KY Pest Control.

Jamie was very friendly and answered all my questions before he got started. He was very fast and efficient. Let me know when he finished so I could let my dog back out! I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the service! Definitely recommend!

Great start as I a new customer. I got a call he was on his way and when he arrived he was very professional and explained the process and what I could expect. He answered all my questions and then when he completed service he told me what he saw or didn't see and let me know if I need them before my next service to just call and they return at no additional cost. Hopefully results will be equally as good. I'm expecting they will be.

If you ask me how my experience with Kentucky Pest Control has been in three words, the word is "trustworthy, trustworthy, trustworthy." Erich from start to finish explained to me the interesting behavior of various insect pests. He shared his knowledge freely, helping me understand my particular insect situation, and how the different treatments function to control them. As a new homeowner, this learning has helped me to realize that insect control requires persistent effective treatments, not a one-time treatment. Erich's professional manner, knowledge of the sites to which treatments were to be more heavily targeted, and his thoroughness in applying treatments caused me to gain comfort in knowing that my house is being protected appropriately and effectively. My technician Jesse did a fantastic job! This was my first service, and he came during the expected window, texted me prior to his arrival with an ETA. He was very professional, efficient, and answered all of my questions about the service. The company itself is fantastic, great customer service, it was very easy to setup an appointment and make my payments online. Will continue to use their services and see what the results are in terms of pest control!

This is our first experience with any kind of pest control company and we are off to a wonderful start. Jesse West called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly and was so friendly and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my (many) questions. He was respectful of our property and gave me a summary before he left. I would recommend!
