The salesman was very knowledgeable and nice. But perhaps I am to picky but the installation was bad, in my opinion. The salesman said the disc's would be installed in the lawn. The installer was very nice but said he'd install them in my mulch beds. Look at the pictures. There's dirt all around the mulch. In the one photo it isn't even below the mulch. The one photo is in the grass and I know the dirt will dissolve but......

Love OPC. After trying Orkin AND Terminix I dug deep and found OPC. I had a bad mouse infestation and ants all over. The house had been vacant for several months and was overrun with pests. I tried other companies and they basically treated the surface and changed HIGH prices. They sometimes no showed. I wasn’t getting anywhere. I finally found Kerry Blevins at OPC. He’s a straight shooter and we solved the problem. I had to have insulation replaced and all ducts cleaned due to the mice, but it’s been 4 years now and not a whiff of rodents or insects. They show up when scheduled. Very pleasant. Easy. I don’t even need to be there and I trust them implicitly. They are very sensitive to my kitty cats and my wish to be as disruptive to the environment. I wouldn’t have anyone else tend my home. I use them in my workplace as well. They are the best.

The inspector and installer were both super friendly, thorough, and professional. The OPC price for the patented system (Dow) was less than other companies (perhaps due to marketing costs of larger companies). 5/5 for all the above. One star less than perfect due to the contract verbiage and guarantees (perhaps this is typical pest control contract).
