I went into Aurora Pools & Spas expecting to get the cheesy "buy now or else" used car salesman treatment. That didn't happen. Our salesperson took the time to explain everything about hot tubs and showed us many different models. We ultimately purchased a Bullfrog brand. The delivery team was great too. They arrived when scheduled and walked us through the set up process and answered all our questions. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Great job Aurora. Since this initial review, they've been fantastic with support. Zero complaints and nothing but praise.

Bought my 21ft above ground pool 5 years ago. In the 2nd year, I had a pump go out & hole in the bottom of my liner and had to replace it. They came out and replaced the liner for free and suggested I buy the foam bottom to help protect it, so I did. Now, 3 years later, I have another hole in the bottom from rocks. I called to explain my problems and was told they couldn't cover any issue that was caused by rocks when they were hired to prepare the site. I was told by the service manager that they would at least come out and look at it, but I never did receive a call. I feel that the site was not prepared properly and is the cause of my issues.

After having a horrible experience with a hot tub from another company. I went into Aurora to buy a new hot tub. Chad was great and answered all my questions. He never tried to talk me into anything above what I wanted. They scheduled my delivery asap and the delivery and set up crew couldn’t have been better!!! I highly recommend them!!

So far, Aurora Pools & Spas seems to be a very good place to purchase hot tubs and other items. We have only ordered from them, so we are not sure of their delivery or servicing. It is great that they do service the Somerset area since there are very limited resources and choices for hot tubs in our area.

I bought a 24 ft Conquest pool and installed it myself. I followed the directions and read alot of info from the internet. Aurora pools and spas is a great place, the salesman was nice, polite and answered all my questions. They helped load up my trailer as well. I live about 1.5 hours away and they had the best deal around the region. I'm happy with my pool although the liner install was missing instructions and the sand filter was quite a pain to lock together. Have a professional do your job, it is definitely alot of prep work and patience. Thanks Aurora Pools, I had a great experience.
