Brian Baker was our service tech today, 9/16/2024. He has worked on our system several times before. He is always friendly but professional and very good at his job. He goes beyond the call of duty to make sure we are satisfied with his work. He gets the work done efficiently and doesn't do anything halfway. He is the best service tech we have had from Bates. We will always ask for him first when we make a service call. Bates is very lucky to have such a fine employee!

We had to have Bates send a tech to our location to solve an issue we were having. (Brian Baker) came out and fixed our issues and made sure everything was set up just how we wanted it. He took extra care to make sure that all our questions were answered and that we had everything we need. Great service and friendly.
